I showed up for my cleaning appointment for 12/16/21 at 3:30. I was told the hygienist went on vacation and tried calling me to reschedule. There is no record in my phone saying I got a call, but they assured me that they called. The next available appointment is in February which will be 8 months since my last cleaning. I am very upset about the situation. They should have handled this alot sooner.

My daughter has been going here for several years. Most of the time she is called back quickly and cleaning is done quickly. However, my review is based on the fact that she has NEVER seen the actual dentist in all her years of coming here. She hasn't had any issues with her teeth, but in most places the dentist comes in and actually looks at the teeth to make sure everything is fine. She has only had contact with the hygienist I believe her name is Katie and she has been great!.

Everything was good at first. The kids were seen. Then, out of no where they started canceling my son's appointments. Three times in a row they canceled. They blamed it on issues in the office. The office issues should not affect my son's appointment. This is such an inconvenience. I'm not going back!!!

Went to Rushing on and off since I was a kid, decided to take my family there.Dentist himself is nice, and caring .Front staff .nice til any issues occur that makes them look shady and unprofessional... 1.Had two insurances stated only could use one 2. Had more than 4 appts canceled within about 30 min prior to arrival 3. Mis quotes ..was told by Rushing a procedure was 60.00 then by end of visit turned into 600.00..was told not to listen to Rushing..that its just His name on the practice he doesnt know anything..I was talked down to like I was an idiot and was lying. I work in a medical office and have never spoke to anyone such as that. 4.Was assured on Several occasions that our insurance was accepted and they were in network, which several mths later actually wasn't and was not told, like I said I wrk in a Dr office and we let everyone know if that's the case. That's part of customer service. Then after noticing what looked like a cavity called to make an appt and upset because had several sessions from oct -feb this "appeared" but paying a ton out of pocket because wasn't advised..seems like a shady situation to me..Then was told that insurance didn't pay over 400 after trying to get an appt prior to knowing out of network but have yet to get a bill, just trying to get my records to get my tooth fixed at in network office ..front office personnel Haley was rude to my husband after he just had heart surgery the wk prior and he offered payments because who has over 400 lying around to pay twds a visit that I just had to pay over 600???? Then she threaten to turn us over to collections even though charges are so new we have yet to receive a bill... She declined taking our payments stated we couldn't have my records nor my kids to go to in network dentist til was paid in full..which I was informed of the day prior , which the insurance paid some of just today ??? I feel like those records were paid for the year prior and that is rude to not care about your patients health all because you think you are trying to make a point or had your feelings hurt because you were not doing your job with poor customer service and disrespectful attitude. Not happy at all, any medical facility should inform if not covering and not in network and should accept payments as not everyone has government insurance, also should treat people how they want to be treated, put yourself in their position how would you feel in same situation? Lastly should want customer /patient to be taken care of well whether at your office or another thats being human..like stated I wrk at a medical office and refer tons of patients to their office..well never again..I'd never want someone or their family to be treated like we have. Praying for something to change so I can get some relief from the pain in my tooth..

I had took my three kids there, I had No problems at first,but every time it was time for my 16 yr olds appt they would always reschedule him...they always waited until I got there,and they always told me it was problems with the office,I don't understand how they can have an issue every time my son had an appt

My niece and nephew think that their dentist, Dr Rushing, is the best.
