If you order and return something: YOU DONT GET TAXES BACK, STORE CREDIT ONLY & YOU CANNOT GET THE SALE PRICE, nor FREE SHIPPING you pay for the next shipping. I came at a loss of $30 plus lost out on 20% an additional $40. I lost $70 by making an initial purchase of $237.

Customer service is HORRIBLE. They do not email you like a professional would. The only way to get a hold of their customer service is DM on instagram. They take days if not WEEKS to reach back out. They don’t send an email letting you know if you’re package has shipped, they don’t include an invoice in their packages, The clothes is cheap for the price that they sell their clothes. The lack of care for their customers and very poor customer service is what made me stop shopping here. Also, NO VARIETY. Just another low quality cali shop.

I messaged them to see if I could have my dress sent the next day for my gender reveal and they were so helpful. Surely enoug I received my dress the very next day

I ordered a dress for 51.99 and paid 9.99 for the fastest shipping, it said that if I paid that it would arrive in 1-3 days and I didn't order it on a Tuesday night and it says that it will arrive until Monday and I will get it for this Saturday whichever Is the point of paying fast shipping? And they only let me know when I send them the message this is not fair

First time you made a purchase, I had to make a return because it was not the correct size and the boutique would send me a code to be able to buy what I had already spent, but they preferred to block me.
