Very friendly and courteous. My daughter’s arrangement was delivered to her in less than a hour after I placed my phone order. And, the fall arrangement is BEAUTIFUL!
I'm shocked to see negative reviews on this florist. I have used them 4-5 times, over the last 1.5 years, and they have been sensational each time. I don't tend to pre-order arrangements. Each time I have walked in, they have made a custom arrangement to exactly what I am looking for and within my price range, even with a fairly vague description. The recipients of each arrangement have comment on their beauty and longevity. Since I first used them, I have refused to give my business to any other florist, sometimes driving in from Lexington for an arrangement from them. I highly recommend them.
I went to Tingles Ridgeview Florist for Valentines Day. I walked in and asked for a small custom order since I didn't see what I wanted. The staff worked with me and made the process very simple. The order was ready in about 15 minutes and looked great, better than I was expecting! I was very pleased and will go back!
This is a top notch florist. They get their flowers out of .Lexington. If you call early in the morning, they can deliver that day an exquisite flower arrangement. My Mom passed on Thanksgiving weekend and all the florist were closed until the Monday after the holiday. Tingles provide a beautiful casket spray for Monday nights visitation. Very professional and kind people!
Great place! Great people! They never disappoint with their arrangements, whether it's cut flowers or potted, they always go above and beyond!
Great customer service. Everyone is very helpful will take care of you. They are the only florist I shop. So many selections to choose from.
Not happy about my experience. The arrangement was delivered a few days late. They never got my order right, would not call me to explain the problem or let me just cancel the order. When they exchanged the flower arrangement, they called the recipient and asked her to pick up the new one, which wasnt even the thomas kinkade arrangement I ordered. If you dont have the item the customer ordered, call us to inform us and give us the opportunity to cancel. I will never use teleflora or this shop again.

The arrangement was nice but don't feel that it was "Premium" as in the picture on the web. Not bad but just not over the top which is what I felt that I paid for by choosing the "Premium".
This is our "go to" place for flowers. They're always very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Prices are comparable with other florists and most of the time they beat the others prices. We will continue to visit here.
