This was my first time trying out this location. I would summarize my visit as another great movie theater experience! Cinemark never disappoints with their reasonable ticket prices and membership perks! I saw Equalizer 3 which is a 10/10! Highly recommend if you like action, suspense, and thriller movies! As always, I definitely will be back!
went for the first time a couple weeks ago and loved it. there's a little pizza hut, arcade, and obviously the regular concession stand. everything was clean, including the bathrooms. the recliners were so nice...this was our first time at a theater with that feature and it will be hard to want to go to a theater without them. I was worried it might get cold since they sell blankets and I saw people bringing some in, but my daughter and I were comfortable the whole movie.
Had a nice experience at this theater. Comfortable seating, no sticky floors, and the ticket price was reasonable. My reasons for not giving it a 5* is that there isn't a dedicated parking area, and it can be a bit tricky to cross the road from the mall parking lot. Also, there should be a restriction on allowing parents to bring in toddlers to any movie that's rated PG-13 or higher. Toddlers don't do well sitting still and make lots of noise, which is disruptive to everyone else who paid to watch the movie.
Best place to kick up your feet and enjoy a movie. They deliver right to your seat with a smile on their face.
This is a very clean and comfortable theater. You can buy your tickets online and get them scanned as you walk into the movie from your phone. They have recliner chairs with little rotating tables to put your snacks and drink on. Great prices to. Will be going back.
Friendly staff . They could use more movie selections. But the seats are comfortable, some are loud while adjusting during a movie ~ the seat that is but great movie spot to enjoy a movie. Hot wings and fries are tasty I get wings double cooked
A day where I was looking forward to spend some fun time visiting family, turned into a damper. My daughters, letting out a joyous cheer showing excitement for almost winning a prize in the costly claw machine, was met with a manager coming to them stating to keep it down because they were being too loud…in an empty theater with an also empty arcade. This is in a section where you would think kids can have some fun, if not what is the arcade for? Cinemark at the Woodlands seems to not welcome joyful fun. We will gladly take our business elsewhere.
Went to this theater for the first time on a Tuesday with the kids during spring break and this is the nicest theater I have been to. Tickets were only $5 because apparently Tuesdays are discount days. The seats are great. Trays on every seat and every one was leather probably faux leather but still and a recliner. The place was very clean granted it was a Tuesday and wasn't busy. I will definitely be back to this one again.
Seats need some updating. The motors are very loud in some of their theaters. They don’t recline properly so they’re not very comfortable. I like the feature that you can pre-order snacks and drinks and have them delivered to your seat for a fee however, each time we’ve used it we have had to go back out to get straws and napkins etc so just seems a little pointless to me. Matinee prices are decent.
Chairs were deteriorating and dirty. 30 mins of ads and previews before the film, not including the normal 15 minutes before the start time total of 45 mins. Screaming infants and young children during the PG-13 movie. Exorbitantly priced food. It's no wonder why streaming movies at home is so much better.
