I’ve been to tint world 3 times and my 4th time is going to be today. Randy and the team tinted 3 of my cars and not one of them has even had a bubble. So the warranty is awesome but you probably won’t ever need to use it. They’re that good. I’m going to have my radio looked at today and I know they’ll get me right. They do quality work. Randy sure does know his product and is highly professional about letting you know exactly what his products can do for your car. I am super happy with the service, the price and the result. If you love your car take it to Randy and you will end up loving it even more.

This was one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had. Mr. Randy was very personable and made me feel like I was one of his friends. First, I had interior LED lights installed. Then, I had a paint protection film, ceramic coat, and hydrophobic window coatings applied. Absolute top notch job by Randy and his team. 10/10 customer service, would highly recommend.

Randy and Austin represent among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Great cutomer support from beginning to end of the process. The team is really informed and go the extra mile at every stage. 10/10 I highly recommend them unreservedly. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast. I was referred to Tint World in Cary, NC by NAPA Auto Parts to inquire on an Alarm System for my 2023 Ford F-150 STX.  I called Randy Silver, Owner of Tint World to find out about the cost of alarm systems. I was quoted pricing, and found a package well suited for me.  The customer service was beyond reproach.  Randy, his son Austin and the Tint World staff was most kind to me.  I love the Viper Alarm System.  Everything was explained to me in detail as far as all functions on the Viper system.  As a result of the customer service, I had them tint my windows; to include a ceramic protective coating on my F-150.  When I went to pick up my vehicle, I had no words, other than how beautiful the workmanship was done on the vehicle.  The metallic paint like a sheet of shining glass.  I thank you Randy, Austin, and the entire working staff for a "job well done".  I definitely would refer my friends and family to Tint World. Want to give a shout out to Randy and the team at Tint World Cary. They did a fantastic job applying full body matte PPF, window tinting and ceramic coating to our Tesla Model Y. Randy and Austin were extremely professional and friendly to talk to. As is common with Tesla, our delivery date changed multiple times and Randy was always accommodating each time we had to push the service date back. He clearly communicated what the process would be once the car was dropped off and they worked hard to get our car done a day early. We really appreciate the attention to detail the team took when applying the PPF; it really shows with how perfectly the seams line up over each part of the car. Husband had PPF and ceramic done on his truck and I was so impressed with the work I had to get my Genesis GV80 done as well! I did add window tinting for 99% UV rejection to sunroof and side windows. Can tell a huge difference already and glad I'm better prepared for Summer. Feels good knowing I'm protecting my investment. Absolutely amazing job done on my 2023 Tesla Model 3. Full tint and added interior ambient lighting for a great bundle by the man himself Randy! Everything from the initial call to delivery of car was perfect, super fast too did everything in one day the same day I called, this couldn’t have gone any better.
