I was given a $100 gift card by my mom with a receipt showing the amount, and I went to use it on a manicure and pedicure this week. I hate to leave bad reviews, but honestly this place was the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to. The nail tech didn’t paint my nails to the nail bed leaving about 3-4mm of unpainted space which is a lot on a nail. When I pointed it out, she refused to repaint them, so I left looking like my nails had been done several weeks before and were now grown out. When I went to pay, they told me my gift card only had $39 dollars on it even though I had the receipt with me to prove that I had never used it. The woman at the counter was polite but demanded that I pay the difference although I had shown her the mistake. Definitely not going back to this place. The picture posted is from one day after getting them done.
I just want to start off by saying I have never in my life left a review ,but I feel people should know the quality they are going to get when going here. First off I wasn’t greeted when walking in for at least 5 minutes that should have been my sign to leave!. The pedicure was the worst in my life! I told the lady SEVERAL times that she was hurting me to please stop and she just looked at me and would start again. After telling her to stop THREE times she finally made one of my toes bleed. She broke my big toe nail and didn’t even say anything, just went to get superglue! When I looked down and saw my toes I told the lady up front I wasn’t happy with the way they looked! She said they would fix them and this is how they “fixed” them. I was so upset I just paid and left! I never get my nails done and this was supposed to be a relaxing treat to myself. I will never be back!
My sister and I went to go get our nails done to have a relaxing time. She said to the male worker at the front that she wanted ombre pink and white powder dip. When the lady first started on her nails she said I want pink and white ombre powder nails please. When she was getting the tips, the lady's finger was glued to the nail and she had to completely put on a new tip . Then before she did the color my sister asked if she was still doing the powder ombre dip and she said no "it is too late to do that" she did the nail polish instead. She asked nicely and stated multiple times she wanted the powder. She could have stopped and fixed what she was doing since she was the paying customer who have gotten her nails ombre powder dipped before here. Once my sister asked about the powder she acted like she gave up and just tried to finish her nails as soon as she could. Her hands at the end are peeling because she left the nails/hands in acetone. She left her and she was sitting with her hands in the acetone for longer than 20 minutes so another worker had to start on my sister's hands. Our previous experiences have been great and we have enjoyed getting our toes and fingers done here but this time was completely unlike them.Services: Dip powder
I came in today for a fill in and this is what I got. I asked the young boy who did my fill in why it looked like that he stated, “that’s how fill ins look”. I have never had a fill in look like this. He didn’t remove the old part of the nail that was lifting he just drilled over it.. The little small bossy lady at the front counter is rude and short with all black people it’s real obvious..I honestly think none of them like black people.. I will not be coming back..
It was my first time here for a pedicure service and they definitely have a beautiful ambiance. However the pedicurist I received jerked my leg, pushed my foot down and failed to do several basic steps in my service, like cleaning under the nail and applying cuticle oil and she didn't clear coat my toes without having to call her back over. I was highly disappointed and dissatisfied. I just take it that she had a bad day however I will try them again maybe with another pedicurist.
I have been a satisfied client for almost 1 year. I am pleased with the service I receive. No, not every visit is perfect, but everyone is real nice and professional. Today, Ms. Amanda helped me with a concern and that makes a difference when there's a concern and the concern is addressed and rectified. What sets this salon apart from all others is the fact they can do artwork on the nails freehand also the complimentary wine when I get a mani & pedi. It takes skill to put artwork on a nail freehand Thank you for always making my experience special Services: Acrylic nails
My friends & I came in today for a pedicure. Each of us received and excellent pedicure as each of our nail techs were nice, attentive, and gentle. However, when it was time to pay it was $73 for each of our pedicures! My friends and & I were under the impression that the pedicure we chose would be $55 including the gel. They did not CLARIFY to us as PAYING customers that the pedicure we chose did not include gel. I do understand that gel is an up-charge, but we told them we wanted gel when we walked in the door therefore it should have been PROPERLY communicated with us that the pedicure was $73. I gave two stars because the pedicures were nice but the communication regarding prices was misleading and unprofessional. I have been to this nail salon before and did not have this issue. Typically in professional places of business, business owners/ employees do not argue with PAYING customers they apologize & ask the best way they can accommodate for you, their customer. We WILL NOT be back.
When I first brought my daughter to get her nails done several months back she got acrylic for $25, then we came back after a month or two and she got the gel nails which came off rather easily. Upon our return, I informed the lady in charge who assigns the nail techs to the customers, I assume, and she said she understood and she told my daughter go pick out a color from the acrylic nail swatches, which she did. I also told her I we were getting here tors done too but later tells me she never heard me say this. Anyway, after an hour of waiting we finally get a chair and the lady who does her manicure is very nice and sweet and did an excellent job actually… when she began To finish my daughters pedicure my daughter asked her if she would be doing the toes too and she looked baffled so she tells us to inform the lady up front again. We do so and she scolds us and says we should have told her when we first got there and I insist that we did but it was not a battle worth fighting so I conceive and ask how much longer do we have to wait for someone to do her toes? Well long story short the same tech does her toes and it takes all of maybe 20 minutes. When we begin to leave and as I approach the counter the lady tells me “That’ll be $98..”. $100!!!!! I do not know nail prices or variations and kinds of nail paint. But when I first asked that same lady all those months ago how much for child’s mani and pedi she told me $20-$25 for each. How does each service double? I feel like she took advantage of an unknowing father, the same way a mechanic takes advantage of a woman with no mechanical knowledge. My 7 year old little girl was even amazed at the outlandish price. I actually think the tech did a great job , just not worth $100! The lady at the front counter is dishonest and intentionally overcharged us. Will not be going back again.Services: Acrylic nails
PLEASE READ FOR YOUR SAFETY. Let me preface my review by saying I have never, in my life, had a reason to complain about getting a pedicure. I am grateful to be able to have this service done in the first place, but this really bothered me enough to leave a review. This was my 3rd time going to this salon. The first time I went I decided the atmosphere and convenient location to shopping was worth the so-so pedicure. The second time I was very disappointed in the quality and length of the pedicure and decided I would not go back again. The only reason I went back a third time was because they were the only salon open Memorial Day weekend and my sister was in town. The pedicurist skipped so many of the basic steps in an average pedicure. She went out of order. Worst of all, instead of using the stainless steel trimmers to cut my excess cuticles, she grabbed onto them and PULLED THEM OUT in long strips, making me bleed. She also trimmed my toenails deep on the sides, which no one has ever done. She somehow managed to scrub my feet hard enough to create burns without removing the dead skin. The photo is 4 days after the treatment, and I now have an ingrown toenail from her side cutting. You can also see the difference in the layers of polish, which was clearly slapped on. I wouldn’t dare go back after these consistently poor experiences, and I urge you not to go either. I truly do not think these people are even trained.Service: Pedicure
