Tippecanoe Memorial Garden has taken care of our whole family. Our family have grave sites all over out there. Even some of our friends have grave sites too. Great place to be. Very well taken care of and well kept. The employees are very kind. They have great customer service. I do recommend anyone to use Tippecanoe Memorial Garden for their services and grave sites.
I have been working with TIppecanoe Memory Gardens since my parents first purchased their plots in the Garden of Honor. My Father passed in 2019, and my Mother 12 JUL 22. They took such loving care of their ashes, were so respectful of our families desire to put them together, helped us create a beautiful stone, and they were there to orchestrate a BEAUTIFUL service to put them together in their final resting spot, AND they arranged Military Honors graveside for my Dad and Mom, the spouse is also married to the Army. We had a family friend sing some very special family and traditional songs at graveside and they were so welcoming and accommodating. I wish I could give them 1,000 stars.
The staff were so efficient, genuinely caring, and took care of all the details during this very difficult time for our family!! They have even kept in touch after the services to offer their support and condolences. A wonderful place to leave your loved one to rest!!
Shelley was very helpful in explaining all of the details to be performed. I was able to get credit for two plots from a sister cemetery to be applied to Tippecanoe Memory Gardens. Also, Shelley handled all the details in getting a headstone moved from in another cemetery to the Tippecanoe Memory Gardens. Very satisfied with the organization.
My family and I had a pleasant experience with the Tippecanoe Memory Gardens staff. They are professional, caring and dedicated people. It’s always tough dealing with these types of situations, it’s something no one thinks about or wants to deal with, but Elizabeth and Annette comforted us after our loss, and throughout the whole process. They thoroughly explained all our options, to help us pick what we were looking for. They even texted several times to see if they could offer help in any way.
I will start off by saying that there are a few people that work there that are good people. I have had six loved ones be buried there within past five years. This place is about who has the most money. Of course, I understand that is what it takes. My dad was embalmed when he was picked up at Indianapolis airport. The funeral home in Utah had taken care of this. Dad was given a blue casket, vault, half hour graveside service. No obituary papers, only online. But when I had two different contracts for my father, a $6600around that and a $9900around that, with no difference on the service. Shame on the ones who were in charge. I feel that the one who used to be the one who prepped the deceased, should go back to that. I was sick on the day of my father's funeral, but all I will say at this time is," I asked you to give dad a better casket, you agreed. Well, you did not. When my daughter passed away in 2018, we had Mr. Riggs to help us. What a wonderful man. Very kind and caring. This place is not what it use to be.
They are professional and very considerate to the customers. We appreciate their great service, especially the service and help from Sarah, also Jessica, and J.D. We are comforted that our precious mom is resting in this beautiful cemetery.
The entire staff at Tippecanoe Memory gardens went way above for my husband's funeral. You couldn't ask for more caring people than the people we dealt with. I'm going to get arrangements made for myself just as we had for my husband. He is buried in the Butterfly cremation garden. Beautiful!!
Beautiful cemetery and grounds; horrible customer service. A lot of staff pointing fingers and passing the buck, no accountability for doing what they said they would do. My father's ashes were dropped of on February 11, 2022 he passed in 2020 and we expressed that he be placed in his pre-paid internment plot immediately. By the middle of April, he was still sitting on a shelf, and I ended up emailing the owner. Within 3 days, my father was finally put to rest. Our representative, Jay Dee was consistently unresponsive, and at one point in time, was holding the death certificate for my father's wife "hostage" until I signed the cremation contract... which had not been provided yet. I needed the death certificate to open the estate funds so that expenses could be paid! Such a disappointing experience.
I had a wonderful experience with Tippecanoe Memory Gardens. The staff went out of their way to make sure my mother’s burial was done with care and dignity. They even replaced the bronze vase that had been stolen many years ago from the grave stone. Wonderful, professional people.
