My sister and I have come here multiple times now. The first time we came here was back in November before her wedding. I tried gel-x for the first time and my sister did regular gel. We both loved our nails! I had never had any sort of fake nail before but I loved the light weight feeling of the gel-x and how natural they looked. They lasted weeks after the wedding and would've probably lasted longer but I got antsy with having long nails and got them removed. Since then I have visited twice more with my sister we both have gotten regular gels and then today I tried out hard gel. This is the only nail salon I've visited in the SCV that I like so much I have gone multiple times. They always do a great job, they are all very friendly and the place always looks neat and clean inside. I think I have finally found my place. After years of jumping around to different salons, I have finally chosen the one. Also side note, a huge benefit is I love being able to schedule my appointment online, as an introvert it is much easierand less stressful. I highly recommend this place to anyone out there looking for a good spot!

I absolutely love Tipsy Nails. I’ve been going every 2-3 weeks for almost a year. I see Maritza, and she is fantastic. It was the first time that anyone ever told me how to take care of my actual nails.  For years, I was getting fill after fill and damaging my nails. She gave me all the tips and tricks, and does a fantastic job every time. I will never go to any other salon.Services:&nbsp;Nail art

I started my day off wanting to get my nails done. I found this place by googling what was nearby and when I looked at their work I really wanted to go. When I went to try and book a time it said they were all booked so I called hoping maybe there was a cancellation. They fit me into the schedule quickly and did a beautiful job on my nails. Definitely will be going back!

Service: Gel X Full Set Tech: Maritza Money wasted: $90, excluding tip Disappointed with the quality of work and their costumer service. The owner, Ali Nawabi, did not show any accountability. Two days after my appointment, I noticed gel peeling and some extensions lifting from my natural nail. The gel on the underside of my nail was collecting and trapping dirt because of the stickiness and lifting. I called and sent pictures and they refused to give me a refund. I had to get the set removed within a few days of my appointment because no matter how much I brushed and washed my nails, the dirt stayed stuck on the gel and under the lifted extensions. Water and moisture was also getting trapped, which makes the nail prone to infection. So sad.  Another note: they have a policy where you can come back within two days to get them fixed. I let my tech know that I was going out of town when getting the service done and this was not expressed to me until later.  Hoping they can become accountable and thorough.Services:&nbsp;Nail art

I have been going yo Miranda for over a year and she has always done an amazing job.  She is professional and a perfectionist.   My nails always come out looking great. Maritza was very rude. When filings my nails she was very rough and seemed either upset, in a rush or both. Decided at the beginning of the appointment she didn’t want to do my nails because I asked her if she could do short gelx nails instead of the extra short she offered me. Said there wasn’t enough time for her to do my nails before next client and I needed to rebook.  A nail salon is not a fast food drive thru. Customers come in and should have an opportunity to decide what nail style they want. Please stop double booking yourself so you have time to serve your customer and lose the attitude. I understand she is pregnant and there are a lot of hormones involved AND still as a newly postpartum mother myself coming in to get some much needed pampering, this experience was unacceptable. The way I was treated was very disrespectful and inconsiderate. Remember Maritza, how you treat people will eventually come back around to you. Do Better. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND this place.

Came in as walk in, they said they could do my pedicure and fill. Pedicure was 20 min and mediocre. Go for my fill and after I sit down and she files off polish tells me $5 for this and $5 for that, not sure I can do the French cuz you were a walk in and we don’t normally do walkins. I’ve never left a salon but my typical $45-$50 fill was suddenly $75, but not sure they could do the French manicure.Services:&nbsp;Acrylic nails

Nope, no thank you. After calling a few times because it was busy, I was able to get through. I asked who I was speaking to and when they answered. I couldn't understand what was said because the call cut out so I said, " I am sorry, what is your name?" When they said their name, I wasn't sure if she said Martha or Marta, so I said,  "I am sorry what is your name again?" She said, "I already told you." I explained she cut out and that's why I was asking again. She said, "You asked if it was Martha and I said yes how can I help you?"  I said, "I didn't hear you, that's why I asked AGAIN." Don't get me wrong, I was frustrated too not being able to understand or hear them, but this is a business providing services. One should provide and want clear communication. Well, that's all I needed. I can't say their services are bad because I didn't even get that far. If you go, don't ask more than 2 questions. They must have daily limits on responses. They lost a new customer, but I am grateful they saved me time.

My daughter got purple coffin style nails and they came out really good. Maritza was really nice and helpful. Thanks to tipsy nails. You did a great job loved your customer service keep it up!
