ERIK and Brian were very helpful through my whole ordeal. I got my car towed to them. They were very communicative with what had to be done. And took care of the problem. And got had my car back all on one peace and with new tires. ** mrs.Driving smooth*** Good job guys
Eric was able to get me in Sunday, with little notice. He was great a getting me the 4 new tires at a short notice also. Outstanding work and they were able to get me in and back on the road in about 45 minutes. They checked more than I expected, and let me know that things were looking good on the vehicle. Eric should show customers some respect. I asked him if they can change the oil for my car and Eric disrespectfully denied me, yelling at me and knocking his hands on the table. I am a big customer here. I want the management to talk to Eric about this. Because as customers we deserve respect.
Not really good service I went there to get it for tires they told me to come back in three days and when I got there they said they didn't have it I was wondering why did they didn't call me to let me know so I didn't have to come in
Staff was friendly. Went in for a quick oil change. Some slight scheduling issues, otherwise I’d give 5/5 stars. Front entrance was clean. And they didn’t try to sell me on a bunch of things, which is always a plus!
Very fast and efficient service offers financing too. My husband and I took our car there for an unexpected noise they were able to localize the issue.
I went in to get my tires, brakes, and rotors changed. Long story short I wasn't originally happy with the time or price quoted to get the job done and was about to leave to go to a different place. Dan worked with me to meet all of my needs. Not only did he find the tires I wanted he was able to get me some deals. They also completed the entire job in about 2 hours I was waiting in the lobby I couldn't believe how wonderful the customer service was. Dan is a VERY nice guy and I would be happy to bring my car back to get serviced!Services: Tires
Had a tire blowout on the freeway. Limped here on the spare tire, they replaced it in a couple hours. Price was reasonable, service seems sound. Overall, a pleasant experience. I brought my car back a few days later to have a second tire replaced to match, same good experience. I've had negative experiences with other Tires Plus locations in the past where they're trying to push wheel alignment services or upcharges that I don't need, but this location in Lexington did not do that, so I guess it varies.
Friendly guys and good place to get my oil changed.
