Highly recommend! My experience this time around with Title Boxing in Saugus was/is for sure 5 star experience. I am person whom enjoys working out . Extremely helpful for anxiety. Great addition to main stream work outs and yoga . Plan on going back again for more after the holiday . Suggest anyone to join it’s a blast and a great work out !!!! Lots fun too!!

Just had my first class back after a brief hiatus from summer travels. Grace did a great job leading us through the rounds with clear and easy to follow combos. Her emphasis on proper form also helped me to shake the rust off and get back into the groove. I’m definitely looking forward to the next class!

Great workout, great atmosphere, staff was very friendly & accommodating with everything down to wrapping my hands Susan Ty you were great! The class was motivating Cara really pushes you and I would recommend it to anyone looking to push  themselves. It's a great workout and you'll have fun doing it.

A friend encouraged me to try out a boxing class to help with my stress. I was nervous about doing so because I didn’t want to look foolish and I didn’t think it would be for me. I decided to try a class. The minute my hands were wrapped for that first class, it felt like a power I didn’t know I had was activated. After class, I committed and signed up for membership. I needed to do something to help my stress and better my health and I decided this was going to be the way. I’m approaching my 10th class and so far it has been great! It’s a wonderful community where everyone encourages you and cheers you on. All the trainers are awesome and everyone is so welcoming. In particular, I'm so thankful to Grace and Brenda for their guidance, motivation and awesome classes!

My trainers, Cordula and Cate, are encouraging and patient. I enjoy their classes along with Roger and his Wednesday class. I have learned so much about boxing but also learned to believe in myself. I just had my first training session in the ring with Cordula this past Sunday. It was fabulous I can’t wait to go back

Cordula has been such a motivating part of my fitness goals!! Love the early classes to get in the workout before my workday starts!!

Been a member for many years. Love this place and all the trainers. Welcoming environment and positive energy. Especially enjoy Sunday mornings with Coach Cordula!

Cordula at the Saugus club is the greatest  Trainer of all time. She works your body and your mind and in the end shapes you into a fighting machine.

Title boxing is awesome! I enjoy my workouts. Tom definitely knows how to make you sweat! There's a variety of class times which works with my schedule.

It was a fun and challenging experience! I appreciated the enthusiastic welcoming. Kate was a great instructor! She was energetic and affable!
