Machines work, reasonable cost, and the ATM and change machine functions so all in all it's all you can really ask for. I just wish it stayed open later, maybe until 10 or 11 rather than 9pm.
This laundromat is poorly upkept and the prices are absurd. I used to have biked here once in a while and I'd always be paying $9.50 per visit. There's not even wi-fi or anything useful if your phone has no service. The only good things to say about this laundromat is the staff is nice, it's got a couple good arcade machines and there's at least some vending machines to get things from.
Poor customer service!! My first two times here I never had any problems! The young lady working the front desk those times was very nice. But this last time has changed my mimd about coming here again!! I was using the coin machine and maybe it was my fault. Maybe I didn’t notice a bills was wrinkled and that could be what jammed it but when I spoke to the lady at the counter she was very rude! She did not handle it well at all!! I even apologized for having to bother her. When speaking to her about the problem she got angry and even threw her hands up and grunted. AND THE DRYERS WERE AWFUL!!
Very, very dirty and Smelled so bad of cigarette smoke that I had to rewash my clothes somewhere else. Had to take a shower to get that smell out of my hair. It even burned my eyes. Not only that but the dryers are junk or they have them set on a really bad setting. We kept putting more and more and more quarters in and it never got dry just hot. It cost almost 40$ just to do my laundry for the week and I had to redo it after that. I will never ever go here again and I do not suggest it to anyone else either unless you have time and money to waste and love the smell of cigarettes. Someone needs to call the better business bureau.
Sweet heart of a lady. She is very nice and just a sweet gal. BUT! The machines are horrible, washers and dryers alike. We haven't been to TJs for a while and thought we would pop in and do some quick laundry. Never again! You have to keep feeding the dryers quarter after quarter. We still left with wet clothes in our baskets. Normally it takes around $25 from start to finish. 40 flipping dollars later, and very damp clothes? They had to have turned the temperature down in the dryers. Or they just got crappier in the four months we haven't been there... I do not forsee us going there again...
Nice place to do laundry. Most of the time it is clean. Today it is not because people Just Do NOT Know How To Clean Up After Their selves. Makes you think just how Nasty their home is.
I had four normal size loads of laundry. Each load of laundry cost $3 per load. The dryers were $0.50 for the first 4 minutes and $.25 for each additional 2 minutes thereafter. But the curveball is when you have a dryer that even on high does not completely dry. so after spending almost $30 to do 4 loads of laundry, I can pretty much say that this is probably one of the worst laundromats have been in. Although it may be clean-ish, and the washers and dryers are newer, doesn't alleviate the fact that it's not cost-effective at all. Generally in a day one person doesn't do $30 worth of laundry in their own home, so I don't want to go to a laundromat and spend that kind of money either, I won't ever use this facility again.
All the machines especially the dryers need to be either rebuilt or replaced my opinion is it's not worth the value you have to spend too much money to get your clothes dry
I was told to use the washers in the back for a blanket. The dryers back there don’t heat up and wasted $4... when I asked if there’s something wrong with them I was told to use another dryer. I guess everyone bouncing around dryers trying to finish their laundry is how these people make their money ‍
Dirty but I only saw 1 cockroach the 4 months I been here. Better than the rest so far. If I find a cleaner one I will switch. Floors always dirty. Dont understand the rusty clothes hampers on wheels.
