They have a lot of seasonal goods. Love that they have some beverages right before you exit… sometimes it’s all you need after a full day of errands. They have lots of kitchen items, clothing, bathroom, storage, makeup, shoes, toys, handbags, workout gear and Jewelry. They could definitely have more wallet selection, jewelry and shoes… the checking out is always so slow… they could get a better system. : :
The jewlery girl was rude, when I attempted to ask her something she simply snapped and said wait. She then proceeded to help me, but was so entertained taking to another co-worker that she forgot to take my jewlery to the register. Once again if you're not happy with your job, find another one.
I love this chain. I just really get discouraged when the customer service people say things to make you feel bad when shopping there, when their job is to service you. Hannah at this store needs more customer service training.
This place simply has lot and lots of great stuff for you and the kids, be careful you can blow your budget here quickly.....good luck shopping.
Sales associate was a pleasure but the African American evening manager on Thursday 7/21/22 is very rude and has no customer service skills. Was upset that she had to give me a discount on a purse that was clearly damaged. She said she was going to give me $1 off. I told her 10% seemed fair and she said, “that is 10%”. I worry for the accounting of the store if she thinks 10% of $20 is $1. I wasn’t asking for a free bag. I was asking for what’s fair for a damaged item. How she got promoted? I have no idea but I will not be back to this location. On a side note, the clothes is really nice. They just have to retrain their management.
Place was very messy and didn't find anything I was looking for. I know it's the holiday season and it was very busy but still was disappointed.
Yea TJ Maxx is Cool!…So What? Well they are pretty cheap with some great pr9ducts so if yo7 wanna steal head on down to TJ Maxx & you’ll” probably find what Your searching for at a criminally low price! But be careful there’s always cops around!…
Very well stocked and clean. Helpful and friendly crew.
My mom and I got a great quality bag by the sake here. What I would say is that they dont have enough shoes but still have great brands. Great selections, better than Burlington.
Very xmasy this time of yr. . . Customer Service was great
