Never been to such a messy Tj Maxx to be quite honest. We bought a couple of gold & silver fine jewelry pieces as presents, they had run out of boxes for them. Went to the wrapping supplies section & they hardly had anything in there either. Giving two stars because the lady that helped us was really nice.
Love everything in the store
Not a big selection. Terrible Terrible waiting at jewelry counter one person ahead of me salesperson tells me I'll be right with you. Then she starts taking other customers after 2 more people she then says I'll be right with you I say I was next you skipped me twice it's ok I leave I was going to buy five or six watches forget my advice shop somewhere where you are respected as a customer. I felt offended big Tim but no more T.J. Maxx for me. Shop elsewhere people
Always go with my wife, she likes to shop here, I just sit and watch netflix while she shops, and sometimes I found some goodies, like apple watch bamboo charging stand for $5.99, my wife took some money from me to buy gifts for someone...Took a long time to check out today, be patient...
Awesome deals and everything is neat and organized! I've gone to some other stores and they're a mess, not TJ. I've found some real sweet deals at this place!
The lady manager very unprofessional and not qualified for her position! There was a small wooden 4 layer shelf very damaged at the brownsville TJ Max. I didn't know I was going to report this so some areas I did not take a pic with more areas damaged on each corner and scratched. She comes back and tells me that it cost $89.00 minus $20.00 discount!!! Near by there was a wooden shelf exactly the same but smaller by one less shelf not damaged and that was$79.00 on sale for $59.00!! My point is the one I wanted was damaged alot she needs to learn how to appropriately mark down damaged merchandise! She's unfriendly too pretty much could care less : : I didn't take pic of all damaged areas!
I found several pants in my size which I bought.The pants were reasonably priced. The store is very clean and some parts of the store were organized ,they need more cashiers. My only concern is that the women department is very limited. I saw a few blouses in this section, but unfortunately they were very ugly. They looked draped and and outdated. I feel that even if women use larger sizes we like to wear nice looking clothes. The store buyers should look for style in the purchasing of these clothing. It looks like they aren't putting enough effort in their selections of plus size clothing. I wasn't the only customer who felt this way ,there was an other lady looking at plus size clothing and was disappointed at the selections being offered at this store. T. J.Maxx in Brownsville Texas.
High quality products. With that said, it goes without saying that although the price os decent, considering the quality of the product, it is not always a store for the regular saving customer. All in all, it is certainly a good place to visit when searching for that perfect accent of decore. That beautiful but comfortable dress for a nice outing and much more. The store offers many options or reasons to visit.
Found many promotions and offers. I would have buy more but I ran out of time. Good selection of clothing and styles.
Great place love it there, the only thing thats been bothering me are the brown bags they give at the end when paying, to put our stuff. I dont know if it only happens to me but those bags smell really bad, they stink up my car and you can directly smell the bag and they smell awful i just hope they see this review and hope they can work something out but the place is great its nice great prices.
