We at Tlaxcala Bakery Panaderia have been blessed to serve the heart of Orange County for now more than 15 years. We specialize in Mexican & Latin American bread, but also have traditional croissants, sugar donuts, apple turnovers and plenty more.Our bread is made by hand everyday with no preservatives & only the best ingredients.
We also are well known for our 3 Leches Cakes with fresh fruit, really moist, but not sugary, just perfect for every occasion. Weddings, Quinceneras, birthdays, retirements, you name it. We also offer Choco-Flan, Mil Hojas Cake, Moka Cake, Marble Cake.
Our homemade Caramel Flan is made with the best ingredients.
We now carry 3D Gelatin Flowers beautiful & delicious gelatin, & a variety of jellos. We are available for any type of occasion (group meetings, church, festivals, rallies, etc.) feel free to contact us.

I Love this Bakery. The bread is always fresh and the family that owns it is very nice.
Pre-ordered a 3 leches cake for my daughter's birthday. The cake did not look look like the cake I had pre-ordered and aside from that it was absolutely dry. Not worth the money.
I fell in love. It's hard to keep the tongues clean, but the employees do make an effort and it shows. I keep going back and the taste doesn't change
yes i agree with most customers, this bakery has really great bread i have been eating it since i was a kid but its true about the ladies they are rude to you. Maybe its a lot of stressful work i dont know im not a baker i usually ignore this kind of stuff but last time my girl went and they overcharged her and that was just not right they treat their customers like this.
Horrible customer service! I was looking for a bakery to make a tres leches cake for a friend for his birthday, he just recently lost his best friend who every year made him a tres leches cake for his birthday. This had high ratings on yelp and google, I wanted to order for friend, I also called a friend of mine who lives in. Santa Ana and told this bakery is amazing! I called and the lady who answered the phone spoke Spanish, I asked her if someone there spoke English and her response was a heavy sigh and said “NO!” And then hung up on me. I called back in hopes of getting someone else, another lady answers the phone, speaking in Spanish and I asked if there was someone there who spoke English and I got the same cold response “NO!” And then hung up on! This not away to run a business!
Best mini conchas para el chocolate! First time trying out their cake. I am sure we won’t be disappointed!
They have the worst cakes here. The cake tasted bitter and awful and all they said is that the ink they use taste that way. The pan dulce here is also really dry. Avoid this place theyvhave awful customer service.
Horrible customer service. I just had a a bad experience today. Employee was being so rude and she was blaming me for it because according to her i was being rude first which is not true. I do admit I was being rude but because the way she was talking to me which was rude She was only saying that because there was a customer there at bakery. I asked her to put bread called conchas in seperate bags because they were gonna get smashed since they we're still warm and she said in a rude way why didn't you to tell me before I put all of it in same bag and I told her I forgot. But it's common sense she should know better specially if she works at a bakery. Sure enough I checked it and they did get smashed so I returned it and she said now what do you want. I just ask to get a refund. She kept arguing with me which it looks bad on her as an employee. She never apologized to me. Don't recommend this bakery.
Whenever I'm visiting my parents I love to stop by this bakery to pick up the best conchas, teleras and bolillo. They have a variety of freshly made bread that I also get but don't know the name.
