TLC Auto Wash

These guys never answer their phone and I called multiple times for several days this week. More than 10 times this morning because I wanted to know if they could inspect my vehicle. Well, needless to say, I drove there and they were just standing in the garage doing nothing. The dude didn't pass me cause tint was too dark. Hmm. They passed me last year. He was pointing at windshield that is factory tint...bad attitudes all around .

Paint damage on the roof of my truck. The roof dryer at the end of the tunnel has scraped the paint off of the roof of my Ram 2500. I do not have a lift kit nor oversized tires. I have a stock truck, so if my truck is damaged from the dryer nozzle I’m sure there are others who have the same issue. Anyone that has taken a truck or SUV through this car wash needs to inspect the roof of your vehicle for paint damage. The roof dryer needs to be raised at least another 12 inches to prevent further damage to vehicles.

Had an oil change and inspection. Was in and out in no time. I got my free car wash and I vacuumed my car out and I was on my way.

Sometimes they can be a little slow, but they do a pretty fair job oil changes and inspection.

Service can be hit or miss here. I have used them for inspections on four vehicles for the last ten years with varying results. Today was definitely a miss. I arrived at 3 PM for an inspection and was told that the inspector had just left. There were four employees outside and two more inside. I left without a word and the guy there gave me a snarky "you're welcome" as I was walking out. Way to go fella, you've just lost a few customers with your poor service and snarky attitude.

Received $15.00 car wash 3/6/2021. I advised management that the wash we just received left a excessive amount of water on our 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee and that the dryer was not operating correctly. The manager took a defensive posture and stated there is no way that we can have the dryer set correctly for every type of vehicle. I advised him that I do not want a refund and I was only advising him that the dryer was not operating efficiently...BAD CAR WASH!!!! Just lost a 3 year customer....

The vacuums sucked. Not not in the way they should have. There was hardly any suction from these vacuums. The exterior wash did a pretty good job both washing and drying the vehicle.

Now this is a car wash...They also have a $34.99 unlimited wash per car... That means you can get your car wash once a day everyday for $34.99. My car was super clean and they have free vacuum. Now I can honestly say my car was really clean the vacuum suction was a little weak but hey it was still a deal!
