This is a fantastic company. Quality dog food and service is top notch. We have two dogs and both eat TLC. They are both incredibly healthy. We have been feeding our labs TLC for almost nine years and I have only ever have one issue with delivery at no fault of theirs. I called and had food in less than 48 hours. Cannot say enough about this brand. Thank you!

I know, heard and met some the Staff at TLC Pet Food. I know they sell the highest quality and Healthy foods for Pets at incredible decent prices. I also heard that they are the best place to have a career. I met some of there personnel and they were very welcoming and pleasant to talk too. They are all pet lovers. I would like to work for the company. If they ever had an opening. But, I heard this job is very hard to come by. When people are offered a job they stay. Just because of the job atmosphere. If I could, I would give them 10 stars.

I wish I found this company sooner! My dog loves the food and surprisingly, he loves the biscuits. I have never found a biscuit treat that my dog likes, he's always been a real meat or fake meat kind of treat lover like bullies and beggin strips. The delivery is fast - I'm in Toronto, On and I never have to wait more than a week for my order.. plus it's free delivery. Can't beat that. I don't have a car so this really helps me out. The ingredients are healthy and like I said, my dog loves the food. I will be a forever returning customer.

Been using TLC since our breed recommended them for 2 years now. Never once has a shipment been late or their food been of low quality!! Their fantastic customer service is also great, they helped me setup auto and now I don’t really have to worry about running out of dog food!!

We started buying TLC Pet Food on recommendation from the breeder. Unfortunately after several months, our puppy did not take well to the food and stopped eating it. A brand new order came in before we realized this 2 bags - due to a 2 bag minimum and we reached back to TLC to get a refund. They were good in providing back a credit however the shipping was to fall back to the purchaser. After assessing the cost to return the unopened box, we realized the cost to ship it back was much greater than the food purchased itself and we would have been out of pocket more money. Our puppy still loves the treats however after this experience we will no longer be purchasing from TLC due to the risk. Please be aware of TLC's return policy. I would not have ordered their dog food online had I have known this.

Ordered this dog food for our newest family member. Arrived in less than a day! We were blown away at the efficient delivery and price is better than the other quality brands I've tried before. Not to mention there is a calculator on the site and will tell you how often you'll need to have more...and auto ship so you never run out! Thanks for making this so easy, now to find a great food delivery for the humans in the house that makes life this simple!

We have been using TLC since our breeder recommended it 2 years ago when we brought our puppy home. The free delivery even in Canada on our autoship has been awesome, always on time and if I need to add or subtract from the order a quick email is all that’s needed. The response is so quick and it reads like they’re your friend responding. Best of all our Whoodle Sydney has never had any health issues and looks forward to every meal. Thanks TLC!

I have 4 Chihuahuas. They turn their noses up at dry dog food...until I tried TLC. They absolutely love it! When they finish,they go right up to the bag and want more! I've heard very good things and glad I gave it a try. I do have to crush it up for the 2 smaller ones,but it's no problem. They eat it all up!
