Immensely impressed by the impeccably maintained facility and the staff's exceptional hospitality. The abundance of available vacuums was remarkable. The options offered were easy to understand, and the prices felt like a steal. The quality of the wash exceeded my expectations, and it was astonishingly swift too! As someone who is a neat-freak, I am considering enrolling in the monthly program. Even if I opt for just two washes a month, I can confidently say I'll be getting more than my money's worth.
This is usually my go to car wash it’s literally like 2 minutes from my house. The employees there are pretty cool. Leslie is one of the nicest people I’ve met , really friendly and helpful. The vacuums are really powerful and they take out every single trash of your car. Overall always satisfied with this place.Services: Auto detailing
Had a great experience here. A worker named Leslie was very kind and patient with me. When I arrived she was there at the pay stations and helped me out. I didn’t know which wash to choose from and asked her for her recommendation. She recommended me the “Royale” wash and at a very affordable price of $14 I figured to try it out. My car has never looked so clean! Also , they have vacuums you can use and I loved them. I will be going to this wash regularly now !!
Good carwash. They have the pressure blowing hose that helps with excess water and dirt inside the car. I decided to get a monthly membership but had some problems with my card. They did tell me it was best to sign up in person. Regardless, the young lady Alexis in the office helped me out with the setback.
Went in this week for a car wash to try it out since I'm new to the area and back home in Texas I had a monthly membership. I went in to the office to ask about the membership options and spoke to the manager, Alexis. She was super helpful and explained everything thoroughly. I paid for the $7 wash to test out the machines and see if it was fitting for me and now I will be going back to sign up for the monthly. Thank you Alexis for making my experience splendid!
I have no complaints about this car wash. The service from Leslie is phenomenal because she always helps me out. Also, I really enjoy using the free vacuums they work very well.
If I could give negative reviews, I would. Not only was my car still dirty after the wash, but there were black streaks in several places that i had to scrub off and my front license plate was mangled and almost ripped off the front. The guy who was working said it happens all the time!!!! Unbelievable. Will NEVER go back! Do not go here!
Has very strong vacuums! Went on a Monday and there were plenty of vacuums available to use. They hand you a cloth to use to touch up and dry spots on your car that the car wash wasn't able to dry. Overall very pleased with service.Service: Vacuuming
I normally do not write a review, but must inform this to any potential customer. DO NOT EXPECT TO GET ANY COVERAGES FOR THE DAMAGES FROM THIS FACILITY. Worst customer service ever. My tire valve got stuck in the lane and broke. As a consequence, my tire got completely inflated as shown in the picture. Spoke to couple employees there and they came back with an answer that the owner will not do anything about it. He even blamed me that I were falsely charging him with broken tire saying “the tire was already damaged before you got the car wash” without even checking the footage or anything. Extremely disappointed and will never go back.
Not very satisfied with the suction of the vacuum they’re not suctioning much of the small debris on carpet it used to be better. And you’d expect with the raise in prices for it to succión at least 95% of the trash and it’s doing like a 70% job :
