TAEKWONDO develops strength, speed, balance and flexibility with a variety of direct and controlled hand techniques to complement efficient and powerful kicks.
TMA classes in TaeKwonDo are taught to students at all levels. Students may begin instruction as early as 4 years old.
HAPKIDO In contrast to other martial arts that focus solely on kicking and striking, Hapkido offers a balance of defensive hand techniques, body throws and joint locks with approaches from the offensive position.
Hapkido is recommended for students ages 13 and up who are interested in martial arts of a more advanced nature.
