After buying a couch from TNT almost 2 years ago, we went back last month to purchase a bedroom suite for our daughter. I practically had to beg for help in the store. I asked one employee about two different bedroom suites. Instead of walking back with me to answer my questions she goes into leigh Anne's office and asks her and that was it. No one was interested at ALL to help me. I was told if I gave a 5 star review I would receive a free pillow. The movers left the boxes upside down and side ways. After carrying everything upstairs to set it up, we discovered EVERY piece was damaged. We emailed pictures and TNT said they would order replacements, but got very rude with my husband. Leigh Anne told him since we didn't pay $75 for the delivery fee they would not bring the damaged pieces down or even set up the new furniture. After waiting 19 days for delivery, moving all the furniture upstairs, partially setting it up because obviously we had to stop once seeing it was all broken they can't even remove the furniture THEY broke and set up the replacements to ensure nothing is damaged?! I have never seen a business that only does the bare minimum like this place. My husband had to threaten to dispute the charge on his credit card and only then were we able to have the furniture set up.
I was looking for a twin mattress. $125? I was kinda nervous as to how it felt. It was so comfortable!! The sales lady was amazing! She gave us space, let us look around for as long as we wanted to. I got my mattress, my mom ordered this beautiful chair. I will most definitely be back!
This store has the worst customer service.Im a diable veteran who spent six thousand dollars at this store.My furniture didnt come in after a month wait and was told after a month the furniture i brought was discontinued.Shop at Ashley to save time and get more info and better customer service
I ordered my furniture here locally instead of a couple online websites due to reviews on issues others had. The store called right on time a little over 2 weeks after furniture was ordered. They helped us load it up. There was no damage to our furniture after assembly, it was all perfect and exactly what we wanted! Coffee table, 2 end tables, recliner, and recliner table. Super easy to watch husband assemble
By far the best priced furniture store in the area! Wonderful service from all employees. Would definitely recommend getting your new furniture here.

We had the best experience today because of Leigh Ann! She was so patient with us and took the time to look at all of the furniture we wanted and more. We just bought a big beautiful new house and so many rooms to furnish. We got such a great deal today we were able to get everything we wanted. LeAnne helped us with our purchase today and was able to sell us a floor model because we couldn’t wait the delivery time. We needed something quickly. She was a pleasure to work with! We had been to 3 other stores this day and she was the only one that greeted us when we walked in! We will definitely come back in the future if we need other things!
