This place used to be better. They were never the best Pho spot in town but they did the job and fulfilled my craving. I'm not sure what happened but it seems like ever since they remodeled, prices went up and food quality went the other way. Service used to be better too, even if it only involves refilling a water or two. I probably won't come back here as often as I used to.
Order food to go for lunch got to work and my food was not what i ordered.. Called them to let them know it was wrong and told me to take the food back and they would fix it... I let the lady know that i was at work and could not do that.... She told me that she would give me some of my money back... So when i got off work i went back to speak to the lady about my order she said that she would give me.50$ because all the pho was the same price i was shocked really lady.... First not once did she apologized for messing my order up and then to tell me that..... i was pissed off i told her she can keep the money she needed it more then me and to remember word of mouth is the best advertisement and that i will never go there again....
Enjoy their fried rice, good crab Rangoon and spring rolls. Their Phó is great! Staff is always friendly.
Great Pho. Plain decor. Fast service and friendly staff. About 8 $ a person for the pho. Clean.
