The clothes are super cute, the Store is always clean and neat. I like this Store better it looks we’ll arrange it has space to walk and the racks are not too close to each other. The girls are nicer here
Really poor customer service, doesn’t give you the full details on return policy. They told me I could return an item within 7 days if I didn’t want it but failed to explain it was only store credit or exchange. And I was originally told it was 30 days not 7 so someone lied about that too
Good store, I brought my gf and the prices are great. She likes coming to this specific store.
You guys get a terrible review for just starting at me while I was at the door wife needed clothes and we shop here alot but you clearly aren't supposed to close before 8
Super rude staff . We had our hands full of clothes and asked if we could try them on and they gave us horrible attitude. My mom walked out bc she didn’t want to buy without trying the clothes on and they started talking poorly about my mom as she walked out , not knowing we together . After they started talking ab her while she walked away i set down all my merchandise as well and walked out. They lost out on a good amount of money due to an awful attitude.
Horrible customer service!! The dressing rooms are closed, before I purchased a dress, I asked if I could return it, she said yes, you can exchange it… The key word is, “exchange” I had the dress tailored so no problem. But when I tried to return 5 other item’s $60 3 day’s later, I was told NO RETURNS! She also pointed to their policy & was told “our store policy’s right here “ SO YOU’RE NOT ALLOWED TO TRY ON ANYTHING DUE TO DRESSING ROOM CLOSURE AND THEY WON’T ACCEPT ANY RETURNS?!?!? Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Toda Moda want’s you to spend your money & if clothing doesn’t fit, TOO BAD FOR THE CUSTOMER !! SHAME ON THE OWNER’S!!
The clothes are cute, decent price. I don't like how they have the shoes on display & they expect to sell you a new one and used one ! Hmmm, they have cute purses, but 40.00 $ for a bag that looks worth 10 $ they definitely hype their prices on certain items.

I think not having dressing rooms in such a large store is illegal. I am going to contact the city planner
Manager, Mariana, lies about return policy. No matter what they tell you they will not return merchandise under any circumstance. Not within one day. Not with a receipt. Manager is beyond RUDE to customers. Unbelievable!
