Unprofessional, disorganized, and uncaring practice. My doctor knowingly left the practice without any notice, scheduled a follow up with me that she never intended to attend. I arrived for the appointment-that I confirmed using their automated texts and emails-after on-going testing to be told there was no appointment for me and Chloe had left the practice. I needed the test results that they didn’t know they had, so I agreed to see a doctor that was available, and he was entirely unempathetic. He essentially said I should be happy she got a “better job” and disregarded how disappointed and frustrated I was. The woman at the front desk showed more emotional understanding than the doctor mustered. As a cherry on top of this humiliating experience, another doctor walked in the room mid conversation thinking I was their patient when I clearly was not. I left in tears with the same concerns I came here with, no resolution or direction, further frustration, and now several hundred in medical debts. Completely unacceptable, caused far more harm then helped.
This office absolutely not professional never pick up the phone for more than a week. Always had to leave messages but no one ever returned any calls. Also I got several answers for the same question. It’s not recommended at any cost
This is an existing practice that seemed to have changed a few hands, Currently, Dr. Tzvetanov is the primary doctor. He is awesome! He made me feel comfortable to openly share my ailments to him without judgment. He found a good treatment course and here we go! I highly recommend this office. The nurse is also informative and genuine. You can also manage your account online by paying your copay and checking in for your doctor's visit.
Ken has shown to be one of the knowledgeable practitioner's I have ever had the pleasure to be treated by. I find him to be very thorough in all aspects of my treatment.
I don't know why there are no zero stars. Never have your call answered when you need them. A Dr moved out from there practice and they didn't refill their prescriptions although they were heart and diabetes... Not recommended.
