The customer service at every level of the purchasing process was amazing! Every employee treated us with kindness and respect and helped us pick the perfect new car for our family. My experience at Teton Volkswagen was Great. Mark Hamilton was our Salesman and he was awesome! He did an amazing job, very knowledgeable and easy going.he made the whole process go very smoothly. Definitely recommend going through Mark or anyone on the Volkswagen team!
We recently purchased a car at Volkswagen and Mark Hamilton was our salesman and we couldn’t be happier! He did an amazing job start to finish. Mark was super knowledgeable and helped walk us through every single step. He was also super friendly and we enjoyed getting to know him and the whole Volkswagen team! I definitely recommend buying a car with them.
We bought a car from them, of course the purchase was smooth. However every time we have gone into the service dept. it’s a nightmare. They have tried to charge us two times for warranty work, we’ve been lied to about repairs needing done. Love the car but if we knew how bad the service was going to be we wouldn’t have bought it.
Poor, just poor. They never call you back ever, don't bother to leave a number. Maybe good for salesman and such, but if it has any problems at all. 1-2 months to get in to find the problem and then they make you reschedule to find a time to fix the problem they found, also 1-2 months to get in. I hope you don't need a car for 3 to 4 months. Oh and by the way thats if the part comes quickly like within a few days. They really need to change the way they do repairs. Don't be a sucker. Don't waste your time and money on them. Reply: You miss understand. The part came in in two days. They said I had to the make an appointment for them to put the part in. That appointment was a month out. Also, the last two times, you have said I can pick it up. I had to bring it right back because it wasn't fixed fully, the last time it didn't even start from the parking lot. I will say the last time you did offer a rental car which was appreciated.
Set an appointment for Sept 7th to get a few recalls taken care of on my car. Two days before my appointment my work ended up scheduled me to work that day. With the dealership being almost 50 miles away there was no way I'd be able to drive up there and wait for the work to be done on the car and make it back to my job in time. I called the service department and asked if I could bring the car in a day early. The service manager Edgar was very helpful and let me drop it off a day early. Got the recalls taken care of and all is well. Thanks Edgar…I hope I'm remembering your name correctly.
This trip was not bad, it was the time before that caused issues this time. I brought my vehicle in for a 10k service. I explained that there was a recall on the door handles, that I had issues with the front sensors. I was told by the service rep that the sensors were faulty and new ones had been ordered, that the recall was taken care of and that the 10k service was done. Before I left I asked for paper work staying what had been done and was told that since they ordered new sensors that the service has to stay open until finished and that I would very the documents when it was closed. I did not hear anything and it was time for my 20k service. So I came in and told the story of my first visit. This service rep and the shop lead then told me that they showed I had brought my vehicle in but there was no record of any work or service being done on it, no sensors, no recall work not even a service. I said well can you see who helped me and was told there was no record. On this service they did give me documents for the service and the recall that was supposed to have been done at 10k. They were friendly but the frustration from being lied to on my first visit was very high.
They were so helpful and nice I am glad I went to them. I have loved my 2023 Atlas Cross Sport. The only issue that I have ran into is that the head unit and the Wireless Apple CarPlay cuts in and out and then disconnects and the head unit shuts off. I call them and they scheduled me an appointment to get it looked at. They were understanding about it and so nice and helpful with it.
