So thankful for all the help and support Todd's provided as we shopped for our new bed and sectional. Thank you! We are loving the serta icomfort we bought and the sectional was perfect in our home.

Buy all my future here. They are great. I bought a bedroom suite and got home and the dresser was damaged. They sent another out the next day. Sounds reasonable right? No the going above and beyond was the fact that I picked up the furniture and didn't pay for delivery. And they were out of the smaller one and instead of making me wait for another one, they upgraded me to a larger size. They are great.

Bought beautiful sectional with a recliner on order but they couldnt tell us how long it would be to get it ,another lady had told us lazy boy was on back order at least 1 yr .

Friendly staff who are more than willing to help customers find exactly what they're looking for. I got a great deal on a couch and love seat combo a few months ago. Only complaint I had was there was a fairly small selection of rugs, but a wide variety of just about every other furniture item.

Great overall experience. Delivery driver called in advance before they arrived. I purchased the extended warranty, but decided to cancel it within the 30 day window and they refunded my money with no hassle. not 5 stars because no free delivery was offered, like other stores within 50 miles.

Selection is good, the associates are friendly, knowledgable, but could use a little more training in colors that styles are available in. Delivery is available with an additional fee. I feel this could be waived with a purchase of almost 3 grand. But overall good place to do business.

Salesmen are un-necessary for furniture. Ranks right up there with mattress salesmen. I'm buying a couch made in a Chinese sweat shop. Not a 60k BMW. But I digress. I walked in and was rudely told by two old women that I needed a mask. I declined and then they tried to start "helping" me find a couch. I refused their help due to their rudeness and them telling a CUSTOMER what to do as soon as I stepped in the store. So, I walked around the store and found a couch that I liked. Saw that it was Ashley brand. Since I refuse to work with someone on a power trip about dust masks...especially when they work for commission....I jumped on this thing called "a smart phone" and after browsing three online competitors, I ordered the couch directly from Ashley who price matched and offered free shipping before I even left in my truck.

Sales person Kristy was eager at her job to please the customer. Was friendly and honest. Values that are hard to find these days. I will return for future purchases.
