When my husband went to p/u my prescription, my doctor had not called it in yet! Tom, along with the other staff, called my doctor's office, and were able to get my prescription! In the end, I ended up not needing the prescription, as I had the same dose at home! Tom did not push my husband to buy the medication! This pharmacy has AMAZING customer service, and they went above and beyond to assist my husband, despite them closing in 10 minutes! Shout put to Tom and the Staff for being so accommodating and helpful!!! We will definitely recommend this Pharmacy!
What a great first experience! I was looking to transfer my monthly prescription somewhere, as my previous pharmacy had a lack of customer service long wait times, little communication, under staffed. Todd's Pharmacy did not disappoint! Quick, reliable service, and communication every step of the way. We were able to get it transferred same day with no issues or problems. My insurance does not play nice with a lot of place sigh, but the service is so superior, and the generic is low cost enough, that I will continue to pay out of pocket to know my healthcare is in great hands.
Horrible staff at the main location. The lines are ridiculously long and the wait is the worse. They need a better system so you can get your prescriptions filled in a timely manner.
I have NEVER experienced this quick of a wait time for a prescription. I was in and out of there within 10 minutes. Todd's pharmacy is, without question, the best place to get prescriptions filled. Their staff is very kind, considerate, and fast. Best experience at a pharmacy I've ever had.
I have used them for the past several years and they are absolutely wonderful. They are always friendly, accomodating, and have quick response times. The pharmacist is always available to answer questions or concerns. Would highly recommend Todd's Pharmacy.

Let me start off by saying great prices, quick prescription filling and a few great people, but the Hispanic woman there is so disrespectful and rude to customers and fellow staff members. If the prices for fertility meds weren’t great my wife and I wouldn’t go there. I can’t believe the owner has someone there that treats people so badly. We will not be returning to Todd’s and we will be making our doctor aware of this.
The lady behind the desk Lori Baker is phenomenal. When the pharmacy on site and the adjacent pharmacy at the main hospital building didn't have the prescription I needed, she went above and beyond to help me find where I could pick up my prescription. Her fantastic attitude and take charge way of handling my situation made what was a very stressful morning substantially easier.
Nicest people ever from a pharmacy! Almost forgot to say... THEY FILL UR RX IN 5-7 FRFR!! Actually wish they ran my King Soopers an other stores I go to. Been going here for yrs...we on first name basis. When you can check em out!! can't miss em when you walk in.
