Every Toi location I’ve been to, they’ve been great. But I feel like front desk is a lot friendly at this location? Maybe it’s just me.. idk! But I came to get my nails down about a month ago & had Ann. She was great & makes the best designs! When I came to get those removed, I was just a walk in but I was lucky enough to have Ann again. She’s so nice & fun! Very knowledgeable as well. Since my nails are a bit weak, she suggested we use structure & I’m so happy I listened to her! I will definitely be seeing her on a regular basis :
I absolutely LOVE my nails by Ly!! I asked for funky fun nails, showed an inspiration picture, and BAM! She took so much time and effort to make sure it looked like the photo while putting her own little twist to it, and I can’t get over how amazing my nails look! :
Toi Spa failed me today. I asked for nail art and dip and they said they could do it and after he had done my nails they said they didn’t have anyone that could do the nail art. I would’ve picked different colors if they had said no from the beginning. So an hour after I left a nail popped off just dip, no acrylic and I had to go back and get it fixed. Six hours later that one is the ONLY ONE LEFT. Now I have to host my kids birthday party with bare nails because of Toi Spa. Super disappointed.
First time I leave a nail salon as upset and as agitated as I did today. I am not one to complain and usually will just go with the flow but the appointment today was just ridiculous. But it was several things back to back today at this location. I had booked my appointment to do my nails and eyebrows since last month after coming for my birthday on 11/29 and had just done my eyebrows. I have been here about a 4 times total since 2018 including today and last month I had such a pleasant experience just doing my eyebrows Last month that I decided I could start coming here since it is near me lash spot. Safe to say that was a mistake. I came in today earlier than my appointment today because i was adamant about doing my eyebrows first to make sure i had the same person, they sent me to do my nails first with grace who was friendly. I made it clear and confirm that as long I did my eyebrows with the girl from last time which according to front desk it was lee. When I finished my nails I waited about 10 minutes before having to ask front desk for an update mind you there a lobby full of people with appointments that were waiting because it seems they just be over booking when I did the rep just told me one second that she will see. Waited a few more minutes for lee to come up say she didn’t know if it was with me and walked away saying “one sec” . Literally cancelled that appt and to add the icing on the cake i was over charged and when i asked for receipt they were useless . Not sure what her name is but the elder woman with red hair that sits in the front needs to work on customer skills. I even told them and it was just okay. They also had marked me as a no show when i was here last time and when i approached them she said oh that is okay, not sure if they try charging people like that but please keep an eye on what you are paying . Between the lack of customer care, unprofessionalism, and mediocre service safe to say will not be returning. We come to a nail salon to pay for service to feel good and have the work show for itself this was not it .
I arrived on time for my 6:15 appointment for a 45 minute hot stone pedicure. The waiting room was overflowing, and I wasn’t called back until 6:40. My appointment ended at 7:05, of which maybe 8 minutes was the massage. The technician also didn’t wait at all between applying coats. I don’t normally take the time to leave bad reviews, but if I pay a premium for a service, the least I’d expect is to receive the full service time and maybe an apology for the wait. The room was also overcrowded and playing mid-2000s top 40s music. Suffice to say, not a relaxing atmosphere or experience. I feel disappointed, and honestly, ripped off.
Horrible experience, my feet look exactly the same now as they did before my pedicure. Total waist of time and money. They were so quick it felt like they pretended to actually do my pedicure. Total rip-off and waist of money. I personally do not recommend at all.
Love this place. Ann or Chris are the absolute best- they both take their time and really do an amazing Mani/Pedi. I've also had my eyebrows done by Tina and Ann, I had mapping, wax, and tint and I must say wow. Finally did the powder brows with Tina and it has been life changing.
kelly is absolutely amazing! was so understanding of all of my nitpicky requests, from nail length to shape and color, and my nails came out so beautifully. thank you!
I called your office, but your office picked up the phone, and placed it on the counter for 16 minutes chatting away without saying anything to me. I canceled the appointment online for Lisa on February 18, 2023 at 11:45 a.m. because I mistakenly chose the wrong location. Please cancel and refund my money. Please reply, and let me know when will I get my refund. I live in West Palm Beach and the Wellington area is closer to me
Staff were so rude and unprofessional. I usually go to another salon but my husband made an appointment for facial massage and gel manicure for me and my mother at this salon on Mother’s Day 2021. The facial massage was great. The staff were very friendly too. However some of staff doing nails were horrible. One of them was making fun of me in her first language I don’t understand. Another one was saying something disrespectful about my mother and that made me upset. The salon was unclean and very dusty too. Sorry to my husband but the experience ruined the day. If you’re looking for a nail salon around this place, go to Kai’s Nail Spa. They are way better.
