Always have such a nice experience here with Kristy! She is so fun to talk to and always provided such nice manicures and pedicures exactly the way I ask for. She does an amazing french manicure as well. They gave me such a cute goodie bag for their 7 year anniversary for being a loyal customer!

I have been going to this location for almost 2 years. Kristy is my 3rd nail tech over the years.  She is great! But I must say that this service is very personal. I feel that, after reading some of the reviews, you must know that it's a personal experience. Not every tech is good for every person. So find someone you like who learns what you like and be loyal to them. It's a good place. Just find who works well for you.

Edited to add: after my below post Too did have me come back again and redid my manicure. Jessica was my technician and she was so professional and thorough. Highly recommend booking with her.  Original post: I wouldn’t normally leave a bad review, however, after my experience I think customers should be aware. I went in last Friday for a gel mani and regular pedi. Gel normally lasts me 4+ weeks, after 4 days my nails started peeling, not like a small chip but the entire nail completely lifting up. My cuticles were cut so close that I was bleeding and my fingers were raw for days. I also thought it was strange that my previous gel wasn’t removed with acetone. My nails were never left under the uv light for the full time, it was like the tech was in too much of a rush to be bothered keeping them there.  I went in to have it fixed on Thursday , and again had the same issue.  Nails weren’t left under the lamp and by the time I got home I had two more peeling. This is legitimately the WORST manicure/pedicure I’ve ever received in my life and also probably one of the more expensive ones. I reached out to the salon to let them know and give them the opportunity to hopefully reach out to me and help me fix my mani, but they never even responded. Please do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.

Honestly disappointed with the experience I had today. I've been going to Toi spa in coconut creek for a while and decided to give this location a try since it's significantly closer to me. Made an appointment and went inside and checked in and was told to choose a color, the lady that was at the front desk told me that I could choose any binder for a color for my dip powder manicure. So I picked one that I liked and sat down. Then I was approached by my nail tech, don't even know what her name was cause she did NOT introduce herself and sat down so I could start my appointment. My nail tech didn't even bother to greet me or even ask me how I'm doing but I just didn't think much of it. She wraps my nails and starts on my pedicure and I said down on the chair with my feet hanging by the side because I was waiting for her to take my sandals out which was especially hard for me to do since I had my nails wrapped and gloves over them but she NEVER even bothered to assist me and told me to put my feet in the water. Okay now I'm starting to feel some type of way because at your coconut creek location they do that for me with no issues. So now we are at the end of my pedicure and at the part where my nail tech is supposed to massage my leg and feet and wrap the steaming towel around them. She massaged my legs and touched my feet for not even a second and didn't even bother to massage them. Not sure if she was just having a bad day but if I go to the coconut creek location which is also a TOI SPA and get all these things which are INCLUDED with my services you would think that I would get the SAME service in a different location. I guess not, honestly what a waste of my time and money. From now on I will drive out of my way to get the stellar service I receive at TOI SPA COCONUT CREEK

They are nice and all. It’s gorgeous inside. They just overcharge and don’t give you your moneys worth. My feet were white simple and a full set. My nails look sloppy and rushed and I was charged an extra 30$ for gel colors that didn’t even cover my whole nail.

I'm extremely upset with the service received.I am a loyal customer and to be treated like this shows how they care about their clients. I had a birthday gift to come here and after leaving and going to lunch, the polish is already messed up. I called and they said they can only fix it same day. Instead of removing all smudged polish, she just painted over it.  I waited atleast 30 minutes for it to dry this time before leaving. Upon getting in the car it's already damaged again ... They used the same bottle of old nail polish and refused to use a different shade without extra charge. It's also extremely rude to make comments amongst each other in front of customers. This is not how you treat customers if you care about them.

I've been to Toi Spa twice now and both times had a pedi done by Kristy.  She is so nice and does a great job.  I will be booking future appts with her on a regular basis.   The atmosphere is relaxing and the front desk staff are very polite and professional.  Totally recommend!

First time at this location and first time getting my nails done with Brian, I am very impressed with his attention to detail and will definitely return.

My nails always come out nice. Friendly staff and clean environment. I have also done my eyebrow tattooing with Cindy and rhey look so good. I always get compliments

I went to toi spa trying to fix my wedding nails that another nail technician had done terribly. I had Jessica do my nails and they look beautiful! I wanted the Hailey Bieber nails and she did a wonderful job! I’m super grateful! Definitely recommend!  *UPDATE AFTER HONEYMOON** It’s been three weeks since the wedding and I went on my honeymoon. The nails are INTACT- and I’m clumsy. This has never happened before! Jessica is amazing
