So don't get me wrong. I love this place BUT this kid behind the counter was totally treating this customer horrible and I'm pretty sure it was just because of the way he looked. He was a Mexican man with tattoos on his face. He was looking at wooden swords and the kid freaked out and was telling him he was doing dangerous things with the sword and all the guy did was pull the sword out of the sheeth, look at it and gave it back to him. The kid continued harassing the guy like he was going to do something horrible and the guy just told him that the store was cool but the kid was acting unnecessarily aggressive to which the kid threatened to call security on the guy if he didn't leave. Maybe find a more customer centric employee who after the guy left doesn't continue talking about punching a customer in the face out loud while walking around the floor?

Solid anime store with a wide selection of items available. If you go here, you'll probably find what you're looking for. The only downside is everything is definitely marked up a good deal, like most mall stores. But if you don't mind paying extra, this is a great stop.

Very Interesting store Definitely Represents Tokyo, We enjoyed looking at Everything especially in the back on the Left Wall Lots of Bento Boxes, Chop Sticks and lots of items used in there Country. very roomy to walk around, Looks Wheelchair Assessable Wide rows. We will visits again!

Very nice selection & staff... Prices are beyond belief. Pokecenter a few stores over is always down . when working chilling reign etb is 54$ with taxes... Tokyo anime wants 80 ... even single packs are 7.99$ yes USD ...they are scalping 300' from a broken pokecenter 5 days a week. terrible. I expect the mall to be marked up but Seans anime is 1 block away and literally 30% cheaper on every item.... PS I have no affilitation or affinity for either. I just felt this needed to be said... 4$ a pack or 7? 75 for a gundam or 125 for the same exact one?...

Verified dealer of bootlegs via having my purchases from here appraised. Please don't shop here. Not only are you paying full price for a bootleg, it also hurts the artists and supports dangerous work environments for bootleg figure factory workers.

There's a lot of cool things in this store for anime fans! Figures, candies, even some pillow cases.. I personally bought an Attack on Titan jacket during my visit.

I love anime so much, and here had it all. I would 100 percent recommend
