This is the first time visiting this establishment and it will be the last. To be fair, it was the best crab rangoon I've ever eaten. The Hyland sushi roll was really good as well. That is as far as it goes. If you want anything else from the kitchen, I do not recommend it. The miso soup tasted of old pasta water at best. The ginger salad ordered, appeared to be a very watered down ranch..? The Kalamari was not only like chewing rubber, I am not entirely sure it wasn't spoiled. All of those things were placed practically untouched at the edge of the table. When the waitress brought out our shared entree of Shrimp Yaki Udon no extra plate she removed the food but never asked if everything was alright. Even more disappointing is the fact I commented that it didn't look like the picture on the menu at all. She never said a word; just took the other food and left. It was also not eaten. The shrimp was way over cooked and the noodles. The only word that comes to mind for the texture of the flavorless disgusting pile of yuck is; slimy. Never again. the picture looks better than the actual food Parking: The entrance sign to the parking lot has the word, entrance. It also has an arrow pointing away from the parking lot. Should've turned around then. Hindsight.
Took 5 of my kids here with me today. I’ve ordered the food to go before, it was so-so. I decided to give it a try to sit down for hibachi cause that’s what my kids wanted. We went to the back where the hibachi tables are located. The first thing I noticed was the heat. It’s been 105 outside everyday for 3 weeks and this place felt like a sauna. I’ll accept a little extra heat cause I’m sitting at a hibachi table, but the ambient temperature was 90 degrees. I said something to the staff and the owner/manager said there was nothing they could do. And yet there were 3 air conditioners on the walls that weren’t on. If you can’t afford to have working air conditioning in Arkansas in the summer, close the doors. The food was ok. Flavorful rice and veggies. The chicken was great. The steak was chewy. I’ll never go back here again.
Excellent food. John was our chef and he did an amazing job, food was perfectly cooked. He was very attentive and made sure to cook all seafood last for my allergy, unlike many places that cook it on the side cross contaminating with the spatula, so I was highly impressed with that. Ren, our server, was amazing and did a great job ensuring our drinks were full and our order was perfect. Military discount offered. Family friendly. Great atmosphere. Fantastic Yum Yum sauce. Soup, salad, and gyoza was perfectly seasoned. Rolls were excellent and reasonably priced. The steak was absolutely to die for... 10/10 will be returning again.
I usually don’t leave a review unless things are awful..but this place is great! Love everything about it! Had dine in Saturday and takeout Monday. It was amazing both days. This place should have more good reviews. I admit I was scared to go here bc it didn’t. But it surprised me! It is now my new favorite sushi place!!! The only down side is that their air might be broken but other than that it’s great!!
Traveling back home, so we decided to pop into this place to have lunch. Delightful staff, delicious food. 5/5 stars!Food: 5/5
Heck yeah!! I stumbled across this place and it's a hidden gem. Very fresh well, as fresh as you can for Arkansas squid for squid nigiri. Salmon and tuna the same. Everything was presented very beautifully. Service was responsive and friendly. Next time I'm in Cabot, I'm for sure coming back here.
The food was bland. No seasoning what so ever. The ranch and ginger dressing was watered down. The miso soup was cold. The teriyaki on the chicken was watered down. The chicken had not salt or seasoning on it just like the fried rice. They put a note saying they raised prices which I understand but then you shouldn't be watering stuff down if you raised your prices. Should have just gone to Freddy's. Would have been better and CHEAPER. Service was non existent as well. Won't be back.
Went to eat here today and was completely disappointed. I ordered the Thai Pineapple fried rice with sea food. Mind you I have had this several times in the past at different locations around the US and this was by far not what I was expecting. The rice should be fried the way rice should be while having pineapple added in during teh flying process, so should the shrimp and other sea food bits that go in there. Nothing was fried, not the rice, shrimp, nothing. Also every part of it tasted like fresh raw seafood and ketchup. There was no distinction between anything but raw shrimp in pinkish red rice that was mushy. What was the real kicker, I ate a piece of my wife's shrimp tempura and looked down after taking one of those "I'm hungry" bites to see the shrimp still had the black digestive tract vein still attached all breaded. All this for the low price of $49.00. Most foods are decent here so this was a huge negative for me. Will not be going back to this place.
Dinner with the family - hibachi and sushi!! Food was great. Our cook was awesome and grandson enjoyed the show. Our waitress was good, just seemed like she may have been having a rough day.Food: 5/5
