Called today and was told that it would be $50 dollars total. The locksmith guy got there and told me it would be $95 almost double the original price. I negotiated the guy down to $65, and got my truck door opened. I called the company and was told well, we didn’t have to open the door at all for you, and that the original price of $50 was just a quote and the contractor makes the final price. Do not give them your business, they are not honest with pricing up front. I’m sure they will respond to this post apologizing and lying about what happened. Don’t fall for it, look at the other 1 star reviews. I wish I Would have.
This company provides a terrible service, they sent a Mr. Emilio Talavera whodoor charged $200 for changing locks, it is really frustrating that there are people like that man stealing, don't be fooled and don't contract with this company. The company's response was, "you are stupid, you shouldn't have paid". It was my first time doing this process and I trusted this company. Painesville Ohio
Terrible. Called to get a motorcycle gas cap unlocked and the company told me it would be 65 dollars. Told me the locksmith he was sending would call me to make sure I answered the phone. The locksmith arrived and thought I needed a car unlocked and I informed him it was a motorcycle gas cap. The locksmith then informed me he wasn’t too familiar with it but he can at least try since he’s out here. He got the gas cap picked in 15 minutes, told me it would be 100 dollars. Decided to call the company back and the gentleman that answered said yeah it was just an estimate the locksmith unlocking whatever you needed tells you the final price. What kind of company operates like that? Ripping customers off is very unprofessional and distasteful. The gentleman that arrived should have told me a price prior to the work being completed. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Thank you for your excellent job!! The fastest and kindest experience I’ve ever had! They came out to me in 20-30min of my call and they had my car unlocked in under a min! My car is a hard model to work with and every other company I’ve called had trouble with it. But not these guys!! Will definitely be calling again the next time it happens:
Rude front desk worker. I called yesterday for an appointment at 2pm today. She had an attitude but I'm like whatever...as long as I can get a key. Well 2pm rolls around and no is here...I call and she says someone will reach out. 20 minutes pass and no word. She tells me I should give them time, they had enough time I had an appt at 2pm. It sounds like she didn't set it up yesterday. I waited another 10 mins & canceled. I went with someone else.
Made an account just to give a five stars. Awesome service, unlocked my car for me within 30 minutes of calling him and it cost me almost half of what my insurance roadside assistance was going to charge me. I offered a tip because we had to run to an atm after my card had declined for whatever reason and he turned that down saying the stated price was just fine. Very friendly and extremely reliable service, can't ask for more than that!
The gentleman was very nice and was told my wait would be 20 minutes and he was there very quickly and had my car door unlock in no time. Very highly recommend this business in my book. If I come across a situation like this again they will be the first ones I call.
Keys were locked in car. $150 later and less than 4-minutes, keys were back in our hands. Price seemed a bit extreme, but end of the day problem was solved promptly.
