Playful atmosphere on Saturday evening with college football & MLB playoff games displayed on several big screen tvs surrounding center room bar and along outside walls. Full dinner menu available. Food was delicious and service excellent. I enjoyed the pork chop dinner with a tall draft. Plenty of beer, wine & bourbon selections. Parking: Plenty of parking with overflow parking available. Wheelchair accessibility: Single ground-floor restaurant with wheelchair accessibility.
Was surprised to find out that a 3% surcharge happened for using credit cards. Not only is this a cost of doing business charge the restaurant or any business normally absorbs but our waitress never advised of the charge. Being a company that provided the use of credit cards at my business I know with the volume this restaurant produces their fee to their processing company would definitely be less than 3%, subsequently they are actually profiting from that 3% fee. Also no sub charges are to be added to debit cards. Good good but unknown surprise.
Don’t order the pretzel appetizer unless you want toasted hot dog buns with slits on top. That is what we were served.
I would encourage potential customers to run the other way as fast as possible. Was there with my kids on a busy night. I understand slow food under these conditions but when we pushed to find out when we might get our food, the manager had so much attitude that we left without eating. This was not a case of we're sorry for the delay, this was an case of how dare we express any concerns. I'm a "Karen" hater as much as anyone, but with prices in the world what they are, a little civility is not unreasonable. We had been there before with good results but we were sufficiently irritated and offended that it seems like a public service to warn others not to eat here unless you're there to drink and don't care when you're food shows up... Of course, the first 2 beers I ordered, they were out of, so "buyer beware!"
Food was good. Their Colcannon soup especially loaded is always excellent!! What got me though, was their bus boy, who served us our meals, sneezed in his hands then proceeded to hand us our plates. Big no-no in my book
Came in after a quick Google search to find somewhere to eat in the area. Was a very pleasant experience with good food and drinks with friends. Everyone at the table enjoyed their meals.Food: 4/5
Good food, steak was cooked perfectly.
Extremely disappointing. I am still in shock with the lack of service and just rude staff. We ended up leaving and eating somewhere else. Customer service can either make or break a restaurant. As a business owner myself, I would want to know about my staff acting in this manner. It would be nice to support local restaurants, but really difficult when customer service is so poor.
We was there for a cousin's 80th Birthday party the food was fantastic! The service was as well. It was our first time there and we'll be back there againFood: 5/5
