Tom received his Real Estate Sales License in 1987 and his Brokers License in 1990 and has managed his Coldwell Banker office since 2004. He trains the new agents within his company and has also worked as an expert witness in the Riverside County and Orange County Courts specializing in Real Estate Agency and the duties of a real estate agent.
Previous to real estate, Tom was a professional distance runner for 10 years, traveling around the world to competitions. His wife, Ruth, was a member of the 1984 US Olympic Team in Track & Field. They have been married since 1982 and have 2 adult children.
A graduate of the University of Nevada Reno, he has a degree in Political Science with a minor in Economics.

He uses both High Definition Photography and Drone technology to highlight listings for sellers. For buyers, he provides a mobile search app that will provide up-to-date information for all homes on the market. The app sends him instant notifications when you want to see a property, allowing you quick and direct access.
Michael received his Real Estate Sales License in 2016. Prior to real estate, he studied Mechanical Engineering at the University of California, Santa Barbara and competed in Cross Country and Track & Field.
