AVOID THIS PLACE -YOU CAN DO BETTER AT THE GROCERY STORE YOURSELF I ordered an XL arrangement that clearly shows an abundance of roses i see 8 so 12 is a reasonable total assumption and we received a medium-ish arrangement that is in no way similar. Only a few roses and wilted blooms. See photos When I tried to work out the issue with customer service, rather than trying to deliver what I wanted/paid for, a rude woman sent someone to pick up the flowers!
My bf sent me an arrangement of lavender and white roses for my birthday. It looked beautiful on their website, but what I got was 5 pink roses and one white carnation. Not as pictured at all! Very disappointed .
They delivered beautiful Roses to my spouses place of work. This will always be my place to order flowers.
I purchased the following sympathy flowers. I paid for the large bouquet. The arrangement that I received was similar, but was full of greenery and not as many flowers by far. I expressed this concern. The florist told me she could not just give me more flowers. And suggested that I fluff them. I explained that I expected more flowers which is why a paid for the large arrangement. I also explained that I would be willing to pay for more flowers. However, I ultimately left the florist. Unsatisfied, that the arrangement I received and paid for was not up to standard. I understand the concept of similar, but that does not mean decrease number of flowers and adding more greenery.
my boyfriend sent me flowers this morning and the gentlemen that handed me my flowers was sooo nice and polite and the flowers were delivered quick they were just ordered today and they are absolutely beautiful!!
My friend ordered me flowers and so I did not know to expect a delivery and they arrived when I was not home. Not only did the delivery person call me to tell me where they discreetly placed my arrangement but they also left a hand written note for me. Customer service like that is so rare nowadays that I came here to leave a review even though I do so infrequently. I will now reach out to them for my future orders just because of how well they treat their patrons!
Very unprofessional and rude. I asked for an arrangement for my best friend's birthday and I know literally nothing about flowers! so I asked if they did anything specific for birthday arrangements like bears or balloons etc. She didn't try to assist really in any way at all. Her response to me asking if they have anything specific for birthdays was, " we just make what you order." I probably would have accepted that and been like okay if she wasn't so rude and unprofessional about it. I was looking at some of the roses that were available to choose from and was just lost because I'm not good at picking stuff like that. She didn't offer any assistance or suggestions even after I asked. She just stood there and stared at me like she just didn't want to help in any way.. I also was looking at the prices and turned around and asked my husband how much he usually pays when he gets flowers from them which is often and he said the price he usually pays. She proceeds to tell him no he doesn't pay that price. So I show her screenshots of the bank statement for the multiple transactions that occurred within the last couple of months and the arrangement that was purchased. This was just to prove to her that in fact she is wrong and shouldn't make assumptionslike that. She was just very rude and portrayed poor customer service. My husband and I have given them quite a bit of business, a long with other people we have recommended in the past. I will never give them my business again nor will I ever recommend their business to anyone. She was rude, inpatient, and acted as if she was better than us and just did not want to help us at all. Very upsetting as we have really enjoyed every other interaction with them up until today. I am also not one to complain, ever! Unless I truly feel like someone shouldn't have acted the way they did.

My sister was suppose to receive flowers full of flowers not to many . Lots of greenery.
