Tom's Foolery is an artisan microdistillery located in Northeast Ohio. Our flagship product is our Applejack. But in the last two years, we have also started handcrafting Sourmash Bourbon and Rye on our pot stills. We pride ourselves on using traditional methods, crafting each batch by hand from as much locally sourced grain and cider as possible.
The rack house is filling with 53 gallon barrels where the spirits are resting and dancing with the wood. It takes time--and a lot of patience--but the spirits are wicked good. No foolin'!
