After having a bad experience at the Tom thumb in Chipley on South Blvd I came down to the Tom thumb in Wausau and had an awesome experience like I always do when I come in at night and Tyler is here! He's an awesome employee and deserves to be commended for his continuous excellence as an employee and a raise wouldn't hurt either!
Store was clean but no ex large cupsfor fountain drinks no hot dogs or hot pizza staff just hanging out by register

Nice place but they realy need to get the gas pump chip reader working. You might as well pay with cash because you are going to see cashier nearly every time. You would think new pumps would resolve this issue but to no avail see cashier still shows up.
We really like this store but find that a lot of times things break down and don’t get fixed right away like their air or ordering stock for the store or sometimes the pumps . The employees went without air-conditioning for just over a week that’s ridiculous In the summer !!! we live in sunny hills we really don’t have a lot of options out here . We call before we leave the house just to make sure the slushy machine is working so the kids don’t get disappointed. So I guess it’s the employees that make this store and not the store it self wow how bout that I’m adding stars
Tom Thumb has a consistent and pleasant mixed fountain drink selection and I am always pleased with that where ever I go in the local area... Tom Thumb generally has a good selection of junk foods and they always keep the place looking clean. The restrooms are always clean too, which is very appreciated both in general and the specific one I am reviewing in Wausau, Fl. The people working there are generally nice as well.
I been a regular of this store for several years. I get my morning coffee here every morning, at least every morning "hack and cough" isn't working. She depends on one of the other regulars to make the coffee. So if he doesn't show up before I do I have to go on down the road for my morning brew

The Tom Thumb #40 in Wausau the Clerks are some of the Store is always clean.Parking lot is eye pleasing no trash cans overflowing.griller items are fresh as is the Coffee all day everyday.hands down the best store in the area 5 stars easy.
