Most delicious pizza we've had! The crust is thin, extra crispy and flavourful. Definitely recommend. Kid-friendliness: Loved the dino, butterfly, teddy themed pizzas.
We LOVE Big Tomato pizza! Truly my favorite. Al is so kind, and it’s a big hit with all of my students! I’m also a fan of their salads and soups. You cannot go wrong at Big Tomato!
The delivery times have become ridiculous. Slice notified me it was on its way at five minutes to 7. It's now 7:30. My kid's prefer this because it's definitely kid friendly- cracker crust, not spicy. But Lefty's is tastier and faster!! The 5 year old will have to get over the dino shaped slice. This place is great. I went here with my family, and everybody loved it! The salad is always fresh, I was told they were bought at a local Farmers Market and the pizza is very good. The deep dish is pretty good, but this place really shines at it's thin crust. It's very​ crunchy, and the sauce is sweet, but tomato-ey. So, in review, get the margarita pizza and the house salad. You won't be disappointed!
So confused why this place has so many stars?! The pizza is like cardboard. Absolutely the worst we've ever had - reminds me of school pizza the kind you had on a cracker. Definitely will not order from here again.Food: 1/5
We love Big Tomato pizza. Their pizza is straightforward and delicious at a fair price. We usually do delivery, and they've always arrived ahead of their estimated time. On our last order, they accidently sent us mozzarella sticks instead of the fries. I called to let them know, they apologized for the mistake, gave me the option of a refund or a delayed delivery of the fries, and let us keep the mozzarella sticks. We opted to wait for fries, and they arrived within 10 minutes. They showed that they cared about our experience, which means everything. Thanks, Big Tomato! We'll be back.
Great pizza location in Wilmette. Our order of Veggie specialty pizza came out how we had asked for. Not a fancy place but service and food makes up to give a 5 star. This is a BYOB place.
Great pizza and pasta. Friendly staff and owner. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for cheaper options compared to Napolita.
Excellent small Italian place. Nice atmosphere. My meat sauce,pasta was very good. Added a link of Italian sausage
Best pizza place I’ve eaten from in awhile. Would definitely recommend the pan and deep dish. Not too thick on the cheese or sauce and just enough to get the full flavor. I’d also recommend that people eat at Big Tomato and support a true small shop instead of spending their money at Napolita Pizzeria and Wine Bar. Less expensive and more bang for your buck.
