Our facility offers scientifically developed group indoor cycling (we Ride!), high intensity interval training, barre, yoga and bootcamp classes, led by the most exceptional instructors in the Northwest. In addition, we have health and fitness certified staff that can help you with all of your needs, including personal and small group training, in addition to help with diet and nutrition.
We're also here to educate our customers about health and fitness, while utilizing innovative technology to measure the progression of each and every individual. But, TONE is not just about the body; it's about toning the mind, the soul, and, of course, inspiring people through music in the class! Our indoor cycling (ToneRide) classes are choreographed to music, as is our signature Tone Bootcamp class, which is a high intensity interval training exercise (HIIT) circuit. We compliment this with our yin, sculpt, mix levels vinyasa, and restorative yoga classes to either compliment the higher intensity activities to keep you going, work on flexibility, lengthen and strengthen the muscles, or allow for the innumerable benefits that are associated with participating in a yoga practice.
You'll also have complimentary sweat, and shower towels upon arrival, and if you Ride (indoor cycle), you'll also be given the use of our cleats at no charge. There’s also several hydration, snack and smoothie options available that offer plenty of remedies to help keep you balanced!
