Hey guys! I’ve been trying to get a hold of you about our taxes and can’t seem to get through. It looks like they were never filed and we did mail them. However my name is also misspelled on the paperwork. Can someone please contact me so I can have all of the paperwork printed out to send to the IRS. My family has used you guys for many years typically with no problems! I am just hoping to have someone contact me to resolve the situation! Thank you! I’ve tried calling again and went to the office in hopes of talking to someone. Hope to hear from someone soon?
Services is typically good and quick. It’s hard to get a hold of anyone off tax season. I got a letter from the IRS after I paid what I owed saying I owed more. The IRS copy of my tax returns show I owe more than what is on my copy. I have called the office 4 days straight Wednesday-Saturday with no answer.
Been going to Tony for about 6 years now, and it’s for a reason. They are absolutely knowledgeable of the ever-changing tax laws, and they will get you the absolute best return available. Family-owned, and they treat you as such!
Had a great experience with Tony’s Tax this morning. This is a family owned business that has been operated by Tony and his two sons. The price was much cheaper than anywhere else in Columbus and I was in and out within 20-30 minutes. It is first come, first serve, so plan on arriving early if you’re trying to file your yearly taxes.
Not a great experience, I filed my taxes and I left 4 messages. NO ONE has called me back to see if my taxes were submitted... They are not always open. I even waisted my time driving there.
So happy I found this family owned tax service. From day 1 they have treated me just like family. I have referred family to them and they take great care of them as well. Very fare on their charge for taxes
