In order for us to be efficient with the time that we have scheduled for you, we would ask that you also be prompt and always give 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep an appointment so that other patients on our waiting list may be served.

Dr. Palmer is so nice to patients. I loves how he takes time to explain everything. It's pretty cool they offer same day crowns! I loved getting a crown the same day! I also love that Dr. Palmer and assistants are sensitive to what patients need. The front desk lady was so nice on the phone and in person. Highly recommend.

I selected this dentist for my cleaning because “Gentle” was in the name of the business. I took a 7AM appointment with the idea that I just wanted to get it over. I have a real fear of the dentist. I showed up on time and was welcomed with energy and a smile. I was checked in and quickly moved to the dentist chair.The technician that cleaned my teeth sensed I’m a nut and was fearing the appointment. She  was kind and talked me through each step. She was gentle and was done in a reasonable amount of time. Dr Palmer came and checked me out and was excellent. I’m glad I found them and I will be back in six months for another cleaning. Excellent people and dentist office.

All the girls were super sweet!! The dentist had such good “bed side manners”, and he stayed in the room answering all of my questions without rushing me out. Everyone there was so compassionate and knowledgeable. I think I found my new dentist office for me and my family!!

I am so grateful to Gentle Touch Family Dentistry for getting me in so quickly as a new patient when I had such a painful toothache.  My last dental office that I had been going to for over 25 years, changed ownership and no longer accepted my insurance.  Thank you Gentle Touch for helping me out.  Dr. Palmer and his team were so friendly and professional.  Highly recommend this office!

My first visit to this facility was great. I’m definitely coming back again. Everything from the initial call for an appointment which they got me in the next day to walking out after a cleaning, exam, fixed a lost filling and getting a floride treatment was as smooth and comforting as a dentist office can get. And I’ve been to a lot!!

Very pleased with this dentist office. Dr. Palmer and his staff are excellent and do very good work.  The same day crowns and willingness to help me when I had an emergency was fantastic service. I will be coming here regularly.

I love the staff and the dentist. Everyone is so nice and friendly. Had an emergency toothache issue. They got me in the same day.  They took care of getting me an appointment for a root canal and worked with me on my schedule. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

Went in for an early morning filling and crown, they worked quickly and efficiently and had me out in time fpr work with ease! The dental assistant Bethany was great and  Dr. Palmer was amazing as well! Would highly reccomend.

Don't waist your time with this office. I have been waiting over a year for them to give me a price on implants. Their dental hygienist popped a crown off and they want to charge me hundreds of dollars to replace. Now I receive a random statement in the mail stating I have a past due balance without ever receiving an invoice from them. Their office hours changed so now if you have an 8 to 5 job in the city they will not be able to see you. The previous dentist would at least have 1 day they would stay late for their patients.

So im totally terrified of dentists... that being said Dr Palmer and his staff made me feel comfortable and had my best interest at heart which I can't say for other dentists. They are helping to get me financing to get my mouth taken care of, I felt no pressure from them. I will return for sure.
