I have worked with Austin and Bryan for over a year. Great business, great selection, great guys, excellent communication and fantastic services. Go in and see these guys and you won’t be disappointed, blades and bits come back sharper and last longer than brand new! I trust them so much we partnered with them to expand our offerings for customers and it’s a win every time.
I was looking for someone who handled warranty work for Black & Decker. Hand held vac died, they sent it off and got it replaced. They have all sorts of tools! I didn't think I was going to get my husband out of there! Tool Lovers Candy Store! Really glad to find this store. Bryan went above and beyond getting the replacement to me - THANKS!
Purchased a makita brushless drill not though tool doctor. Tool broke after only a few uses. Found that tool doctor was local to me and that they could make this repair under warranty. Feeling very hopeful I brought the tool in for repair and was notified that the component that failed was on back order due to covid, understandable as I am a business owner as well and have seen alot of this is my field as well. Month after month I called to check on the status of my repair as there was no communication from them at all. Every time I called I was told that they needed to contact the manufacturer and that they would call me back and let me know something, however they would never call me back! They had the drill for close to a YEAR and the drill was only probably a month old when I bought new. Called 3 weeks ago and they once again had to check on it. Called the next day after again not having a return call and they got my drill fixed and shipped to me only days later so it makes me wonder how long they had the part. Drill works and was a clean repair however the communication was very poor and an eta on turn around time would be nice as I had to resort to buying another drill all together.
Great store. They have lots of makita and milwaukee stuff in stock. If you need a blade or a bit they have tons of them!! They also do repairs as a official repair facility for many different brands.
My husband needed a hard to find part for an old hammer drill and has come here before for service and parts. They had the part at a reasonable price. Always good customer service.
Bryan is absolutely amazing. He comes in every Thursday and we cant wait to see him. The whole staff is great but Bryan really brings it all in. Central Florida Kitchen and Bath Staff loves you!!!
Showed up last min to get some Sawzall blades last min and saw they were closing, Bryan said no worries and opened back up real quick to help get the blades we needed!
Placed a $600 order. I knew some of the items where on back order. A week later I call to follow up and the entire order is now on back order. Better communication could have made this a better review. Supply issues are not an excuse. Every business is dealing with it. Some better than others.
Very nice people that work there. Place is clean and they keep are blades sharpen.
I went to the Tool Doctor on Magnolia after I started having issues with my M18 Fuel Skill-saw from Milwaukee. It would act up and decide when I was going to cut something or if I was going to cut anything at all that day... I showed up and immediately he knew the problem. He also had informed me that the saw was warranted for five years, and Milwaukee would be paying for it. I had no idea, I thought I was out of luck and out a skill-saw. I highly recommend the tool doctor for any of your power tool needs. Very pleasant and knowledgeable staff.
