Tool town was great. I went in needing to replace some drill bits. The man working at the counter picked the drill bits as I read them off. He was very friendly and helpful. Also the selection was impressive.
I shop here all the time, and always find what I need. They have everything you can't find everywhere else like automotive specialty tools to trade specific tools. The owner is cool and if you tell him your trade he will tell you where everything you might need is. He's also very good at getting anything you might need but is not carried. Best store for good tools, hands down.
Whether you are a carpenter, electrician, plumber or auto mechanic and need quality tools or that specialty item, more than likely Tool Town has got you covered. Its the big kid toy store. I go in planing on picking up one thing but always end up leaving with more. Owner or manager is really personable, knows tools and can help find what you need unlike big box stores where you get some kid who doesn't know anything about the stuff in the department he works in, or care if you need help or are in a hurry because you need to be back on the job making a living. And your supporting a local business thats been around forever.
Large variety of excellent quality tools. Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I love buying tools here, there is so much to see and they have great prices.
Biggest collection of American made tools I've see yet. Channel lock, Klein, Occidental leather, you name it. Great selection, great quality stuff. Rather close to big box prices as well despite being a small business. Will be coming back for sure.
This place is very low key and has some great deals, better stuff than the junk at Harbor Freight and it ain't Sears! I like it, and I come here often to browse without being bothered by sales people and just enjoy the old world small business atmosphere. The place is a mess, but if you can't find something just ask Ted or whoever else is sleeping in the corner and they'll help you locate it. One of the best handy man shops left in existence.
This shop is sensational. Love how the employees are kind and courteous. These kind folks really know their Sh*t. Bruh, if you never been to this place, you got to go. This is the only place I know that sell Milwaukee markers. Not just one but a whole set of them. Not only that; but this place has a vast array of tools. Like you can find all kinds of Sh*t. All of their tools are quality, like if I had to compare their tools to cars, it would be like purchasing a Bimmer rather than a front wheel drive POS Honda. On a real note, this place is the truth, and if you’re about the bag this place will help you secure it. Customer service: 5/5 Tool and quality: 5/5 Store: 5/5
Best tool store ever and the prices beat the big box stores. They have literally every tool that you need for the job. Milwaukee, Dewalt, Knipex, Lyle, Channel Lock and more. This is definitely my new favorite tool store. Plus Tool Town Ted knows his products well.
Hands down the best tool store in Seattle. They carry all of the hard to find high quality tools that you have to usually go on the Internet to find. Great place to go for tools. Way better than Lowes and Home Depot for hand and power tools.
Great group of tools all in one spot. Can't find what you're looking for? Stop by and chances are they can help. They went above and beyond to help me custom make a tool for my application. I will drive the extra distance to shop here. Highly recommended.
