Top Dog is a mobile food concession trailer specializing in gourmet hot dogs. We’ve fashioned a hot dog menu which features a variety of toppings not usually found at the average backyard bar-b-que. All our menu items are made from scratch using only the finest ingredients and are made fresh daily. But the “star” of our sandwich is the bread. We have contracted with a local bakery to make a bread that can be cut to create a pocket, which we stuff full of hot dogs and tasty toppings.
