Hubby and I went tonight for mani/pedi. We’re new to the area but this was right around the corner. I’ve had a LOT of experience with Nail Salons in the Milwaukee area-Monica and her staff were top notch. Salon was clean. Nice music playing. We were in and out in less than an hour, which really was the cherry on top for us as busy business owners. We will definitely be making this our home. This nail salon excels all others. And I'll tell you why. They do dip powders beautifully. But not only that, they are the only salon that will do fills on the dip powder nails twice over before they need to do the dip all over again. Yes, they are very high tech...remember the one to fill dip powder nails.Service: Dip powder
This Top nails & spa is the best place I ever stop by to get everything done at once my nails , toes , eyelashes and waxing ….. . The owner Monica is so nice and friendly, she did a perfect job on my nails and lashes . Everything in the salon is been update , brand new spa chairs and furnish. Look so professional, clean and friendly. Over all 100% satisfied. Also , this February 2023 is an owner special grand reopening 25% off all services.Services: Nail art
Very sweet experience, family owned, but the order woman who does pedicures shouldn’t be doing them anymore. She shaped my nails by clipping the corners, I specifically asked not for nails to be cut at all. Then I had to basically insist I needed to sit under the nail dryer. She wanted me to just sit in the pedicure chair and air dry but I didn’t have time so I had to say please can I go under rehab dryer. 2 stars bc it does seem like other people received better service. The color was out of the nail line and looked like I did it myself without much skill.
Was a first time walk in and would never return. While the lady who did my pedicure took time to smooth my heels, the rest of the pedicure was very poor. She didn’t use cuticle remover—just pushed the cuticles back, leaving rough marks on my nail bed that she later painted over. My toe nails were shaped very poorly and left too long. The polish job was HORRIBLE. Polished right up to the cuticle and didn’t even use a top coat. I went home and took it all off. Cut and filed my nails, used cuticle cream and re-polished. One of the worst pedicures that I have had.

Do NOT go here. Tools are NOT sanitary and manager/owner male should not be allowed to provide services. The response in asking that the tools be cleaned before use was offensive and arguing in another language is a problem. The wife or co-owner/manager is very aware of this. I went there thinking it was an upstanding tucked away establishment but it wasn't. I'm sure there are staff members may be more sanitary but unfortunately there are far too many nail solons to tolerate any of this. I strongly recommend not getting services at Top Nail & Spa. I left and went across the road to the plaza and received a much better experience.
I LOVE this place. Mimi, Tyler, and Kevin really make you feel right at home. From refreshments to great laughs this nail salon has made me feel included. I’ve been going there for the past 4 years getting both my nails and and toes done. I prefer the shellac on my nails. I am in a working environment that requires a lot of typing and am always asked “where do you get your nails done”?…. By far, the best nail salon in the north shore.
