This place was the ideal pancake/waffle house. My sister-in-law found this place by random, and we took a chance going here. I'm so glad we did. The place had delicious food and felt relaxing. The waffles were so fluffy and looked as good as it looks.Food: 5/5
Fast service very good food. From the eggs to the pancakes everything tasted great. Always trying to find the best pancake and I think we found it at Top Notch. One area for improvement would be at cleaning food off the floor more frequently as there was food all over from very messy customers.Food: 5/5
This was my first time visiting this restaurant. I've always been curious so we went for breakfast on a Sunday. Service was quick and she was friendly. Food was just alright. Seems like they need to upgrade some things.Food: 3/5
Waitress was nice and polite and didn’t ignore us like many other places do. Made sure we got what we ordered and the food was good. Got a refill on my coffee and took plates as they piled up, not waited until we were done eating. Food was cooked well and delicious.Food: 4/5
Great service. Generous portions. Fresh food. Fair prices. It was really loud on a busy Sunday morning. We only had to wait about 7 minutes to be seated. It was worth it! I got the meat lovers omelette and added spinach. It was stuffed with veggies that were fresh and plenty of cheese. I actually had leftovers which is something rare in today's economy. The waitress was great. Friendly and attentive. My friend also loved his meal. He did say the pancakes were flavorless and the cheap syrup tasted cheap but the eggs, hash browns and sausage were dynamite. Cooked perfectly to order. In addition to breakfast, he ordered a turkey club to go. It was fabulous! For three meals we paid $34 not including tip.
The name is TOP NOTCH and they choose the right name for this establishment. The portions are very decent and fair, the atmosphere was surprisingly, quiet. It’s clean and the staff are friendly and welcoming, this is a hidden gem that’s definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area trust me you won’t regret it! TOP NOTCH FOR SUREFood: 5/5
Breakfast with the family on a Sundsy morning with three kids was a little much. Very loud and busy hard to hear at your own table. We would go back just not at such a busy time. The food was very good, and portions were fair in comparison with their price, which I found appropriate considering today's prices . A classic American restaurant menu and the desserts looked amazing!
The food/service here is always great. There is never a time that I wasn't satisfied with what I got here. When it comes to ordering, the food always comes out speedily and very rarely will the server make a mistake. I recommend this place to everyone I know when it comes to breakfast joints in the area.
Service when we got there was great. The waitress was rude. She would go to another table and ask how they are doing and skip us. Never got a drink refill. Seemed like she didn't want to be at work. The food was horrible. The chicken and dumpling soup was greasy. The lettuce in the blt was not good. I didn't even finish one piece if the sandwich. My husband who normally Cleans his plate didn't even want to finish his meal. We were expecting more
Pleasantly surprised for breakfast. Decent omlete. Lots of variety on menu. I prefer country potatoes, but the hash browns were very well done--crispy and cooked thoroughly--not soggy like most places. Biscuits melt in mouth. Could use some more sausage and flavor in the country gravy.Food: 4/5
