Packing
$30 per worker per hour
The first step of every move is packing, and for many familes, this is the easiest to get hung up on. Bringing in workers from Top of the Line will alleviate much of the hassle and frustration of this crucial task. Because our packers are properly trained to safely pack your belongings, you can feel confident that they are in the right hands. Besides allowing you to concentrate on other aspects of the moving process, professional packing services from Top of the Line offer the utmost convenience and peace of mind.
Regardless of whether you want our experts to pack up your whole house or just the hall closet, Top of the Line stands ready to meet your needs. An added benefit of this service is that when it comes to loading or unloading, our movers can move your belongings much faster if they were responsible for the packing, because they are confident that the packing has been done correctly.
Loading
$25 per worker per hour
Whether you pack your own belongings or have Top of the Line do that for you, the next step is to get it loaded into the truck. Despite contrary belief, "hiring" your friends may not be the best option. Assuming they actually show up you're tasked with completing a skillful activity with unskilled people. This is assuming that none of your friends are movers. As professional movers, we have the know-how and skills to maximize usable space, reduce possibility of damage, avoid risk of injury (when was the last time you moved heavy furniture? For our movers that answer is yesterday!) and keep your move as fast and stress-free as humanly possible.
Driving
$3/mile
Driving a large moving truck is a very different skill from driving a standard automobile. Wide right turns are just the beginning. The combination of reduced visibility, awkward shape and sheer mass of a fully loaded moving truck makes it a stressful experience (at best) for any amatuer. Let professionals handle this for you for only a few bucks a mile!
Unloading
$25 per worker per hour
If you're like most people, the first thing you want to do when you get to your new home is NOT to carry a washer, dryer, refrigerator, couch, entertainment center and television inside. You want to sit down for a few minutes (or hours) and enjoy your beautiful new environment! Our moving professionals will get your possessions safely inside quickly, safely and to the correct room. An added consideration is that later on in the day (when unloads usually take place) is not when you want to be trying to lift heavy furniture or boxes, as fatigue will cause your muscles to function sub-optimally and proper form (lift with your legs, not your back) will be out the window. These two situations create much opportunity for unneeded injuries. Why risk it, when you could simply have Top of the Line's professional movers handle it for you?
Speaking of washer and dryer, do you need those hooked up? We will gladly do that for you.
Unpacking
$30 per worker per hour
The final step of any move, and one that is key, is unpacking. With all those boxes full of stuff, each needing to be unpacked carefully and methodically, it can be quite overwhelming. That's okay - we're here to help. Top of the Line's professionals can unpack all of your stuff or just some of it, and in either case you can feel comfortable knowing that the job is being done right.

Cleaning
$30 per worker per hour
There are many reasons a customer of ours might hire us to handle cleaning for them. Maybe you need to make your apartment spotless in order to avoid losing your security deposit, maybe your new house was such a great deal because the carpets and walls could use some TLC or maybe you just want the new home you move into to be freshly scrubbed when you spend your first night there. In any case, Top of the Line Moving & Storage now offers cleaning services, in order to provide our customers with the best possible total moving experience.
FLAT RATE PRICING
(When we bring the truck for you!)
1 Bedroom - $325
2 Bedroom - $425
3 Bedroom - $525
4 Bedroom - $625
5 Bedroom - $725
*5 Bedroom and larger homes will require a walk through to give an accurate quote for a FLAT RATE. All our FLAT RATE moves include 1 truck, 45 blankets, 1 roll of wrap, 2 dollies, 1 furniture dolly and 20 free miles of driving bundled in.
Miles after that are billed at the standard rate (3$ per mile).
**If a move requires a second trip or needs 2 trucks then 50% of the currently charged FLAT RATE is added to the final total!**

**Free delivery of materials ordered when you have your move done by Top of the Line!**
-Pianos, Gunsafes, and Grandfather Clocks require extra care and will add an $80 fee to your order per item!
-When estimating the amount of hours of labor needed for your job be sure to add in an extra hour per flight of stairs.
**FLAT RATE PRICING will have a $50 charge for every flight of stairs higher than the second floor (3rd floor+) and for elevators every 3 floors starting at the 3rd floor!**
