"At topiaire we celebrate everyday with flowers, whether it is a simple birthday bouquet, a wedding celebration, flowers to celebrate a new baby, and even to commemorate a life. The surprise to me has been how, when someone walks through my front door at Topiaire, I see them physically take a deep breath and smile. The orchids, candles, vintage inspired signs, and so many other unique gifts create that great feeling that my own mom created in our home growing up."

Callous, uncaring & rude. £74.23 Uk sterling debited my account February 15th, but my daughter never received valentine’s flowers. Due to a custody issues it was May before I found out. When I brought the question to owner, Erin, she was unsympathetic, insisting they “never make mistakes”, my daughter “probably forgot she got flowers” & she Erin “doesn’t care” why it took me so long to feed back & won’t look into it, then put the phone down on me. It was impossible to communicate with Erin to come to a mutually respectful accord, therefore I advise she is not someone to entrust with your money or your expressions of love.
Incredible flower shop, everything is beautiful, the staff were very helpful and friendly. My flower arrangement was just perfect!
This is a wonderful flower shop with a big selection. Also nice vases and knick knacks. Lovely
I discovered this florist in relation to his rating on Google. When I arrive no Hello. 2.5/5 For the quality of the roses 0/5. For the Quality of advice 0/5. For the Quality of packaging and method. The stems are not even cut with a long bevel, to prolong the life of the flowers in water. 0/5 . For the Quality and welcome payment. The young woman at the checkout was terribly unpleasant and very haughty. No discretion, no respect for the customer relationship and for the two women who prepared the bouquet she screams in front of everyone » how much for the man » Once the payment is made, no word, no thanks or goodbye. Never again for me. Horrible .
Great experience every time, recently bought an arrangement for my wife’s birthday and it looks great and the flowers have lasted a good number of days.
Erin and the girls at Topiaire put together the most perfect flower arrangements for my wedding. I told them my vision and the entire year they worked closely with me to check in and make sure everything was going well. I told them I wanted a rustic and beachy vibe and Erin gave me the wonderful idea to use beautiful wooden boxes for the flowers for our tables. She also helped me with table name signs, decorating our cake to be absolutely stunning, the flowers for our church ceremony, as well as the flowers around our seating chart. My bouquet was beautiful and my bridesmaids had such beautiful bouquets as well. The flowers looked gorgeous in each and every picture. There were many times when I had forgotten about certain things and Erin was awesome about reminding me of what I may want/need. She was extremely conscious of my budget and worked really well with me to keep the costs at budget but also to produce a stunning product. When I got to my venue, I was so delighted to see such perfect flower arrangements. I am so happy we used Topiaire. It was a blast working with them and so nice to never once be worried about my flowers. They reassured me the whole way and were patient, kind, and professional. I am so thankful to Topiaire!
I called this florist at 4:30 in the afternoon on a Sunday. They close at 6:00 pm. I explained that I wanted to send flowers to a relative who was hospitalized at the South Hampton Hospital. The woman who answered the phone told me that she "didn't have a driver right now" and that they would be closed on Monday and that the soonest they could deliver flowers would be Tuesday. She was very negative and it felt like she just didn't want my business. After I got off the phone with her, I looked at a map searching for others florists near the hospital. It looks like her flower shop is only a few blocks from the hospital. Disappointing.
Wonderful little flower shop . The employees are always so helpful and sweet. I wouldn't go any where else if i were in Southampton. They have the freshest flowers, orchids and they also have a candy shop. They were so nice enough to call a different flower shop for me in New York City to send flowers to aunt in the hospital . Thank You and See you Soon Topiaire.
A beautiful store with such beautiful things. From the flowers to the handmade signs this place is a must. The staff is always so friendly and helpful to meet any need. The best place for flowers in the village for sure, and many other fun house warming gifts.
Terrible. I just asked for an arrangement to be delivered for my mom's surgery along with a "Get Well Soon" balloon to be delivered today. They were delivered on time but they forgot the balloon which I paid for. On the phone when ordering the girl said, don't worry we'll make the arrangement beautiful and I specifically said I wanted NO roses, just beautiful colorful bright vibrant unique flowers, like snap dragons, lilacs, peonies or something similar, just beautiful flowers. She reassured me that it would be a beautiful bouquet several times because I was concerned since she was rushing me on the phone and I wanted to be extra clear about the exact flowers I wanted. My mom just sent me a photo and there was 1 yellow rose, a few pink fucsia flowers and an orange rose and then a ton of green filler leaves, etc. I called them afterwards to see why the balloon wasn't delivered and the girl LAUGHED. She said I can have someone send it out now and then a few seconds later she said....oh actually no I can't have just the balloon sent out to her but I can credit you the $5.95 for the balloon. Sorry but this isn't funny to me. Paying for a floral arrangement & balloon to be delivered on the day of my Mom's surgery when I couldn't be there to hand deliver it myself is very important that you get it right, especially if I'm paying you for it. I will definitely NOT be using Topiaire in the future. I do not recommend them to anyone.
