Years ago, I was planning a theme party at the house. I needed a few cases of good champagne that was reasonably priced, but not obviously. My hairdresser recommended Top Line. I've never shopped for liquor anywhere else. They buy their inventory from the less known vineries and distilleries, that are superior to what you get in the mass stores, but are too small to make enough volume. Top Line has products from all over the world.
Lot of product in a small space. Staff were quite knowledgeable. Aisles are a bit small, I would not enter the place with a cane, walker, wheelchair or any wheeled device. Easy enough to get to, parking may be an issue. Counter is accessible.

I like this place I've been going here since I was in college. The people that work there are very knowledgeable about wine and I like the owner he's a great guy. I got a fantastic bottle of champagne that wasn't from Champagne but was from France for $14 very good. They give top notch information about wine. Great place to get different kinds of wine.
My go to LA wine shop- great selection of old world and new world wines. Lots of affordable wines from Europe and the service is super helpful. Skip the grocery store and go here to find a great selection with helpful recommendations.
Topline Wine is a super source for wines and spirits. I love the friendliness and knowledge of everyone at Topline in the Glendale store. It's located off of San Fernando Road in a small industrial area. It's easy to get there. Pricing is very competitive. Give it a try. You'll be happy that you did.
I've been here many times before and am a return customer. We brought our friend, a bartender, to show him around. This place has good prices, and a good selection and I drop a lot of money here every month or so. However, this visit was not so good. I asked about some of the alcohol, and the owner would not stop talking about politics, which then led to him outright ranting. I respect everyone's right to their beliefs, however, his behavior was inappropriate and disrespectful and we dropped our purchases and left. Unlikely to return.

My favorite wine shop in Glendale is open for business and masked up! Good balance of wine and spirits. A little light on beer, but Golden Road is just down the street. Friendly staff always willing to give advice or just let you browse. Plenty of strong arms to help you out to your car in case you get two cases of goods! Did I mention spirits? Plenty of cocktail making supplies too.
Great service. Great selection. Great prices. They have a unique selection of wines at prices ranging from $5 to $500. These guys get to know you and over time will just point you to what you should buy. I've gone in needing suggestions for a 100 person party house wine to a special occassion and they always come through at the price point I request. Everyone there knows wine and liquor. At competitive pricing with a unique selection, it becomes very easy to keep money in our neighborhood rather than go to a big box liquor store.
