I may be a little bit biased because my parents worked here until retirement, but I love this store - the people are friendly, I almost always find what I want, and the variety of ready-to-eat stuff in the Deli and Cafe is awesome, try the sushi! My only complaint is that the bakery stopped making crullers, that's outrageous!! Less one whole star for that.
Front staff, cashiers are great......bakery ladies are just plain rude KARENS ..ordered a cake for today was told cake was never picked up last week and thrown away...the cake was for the 30th....NO PHONE CALLS OR NOTHING.... then was told they threw away THE PICTURE !!! that can't be replaced....downright trash service in the bakery....TERRIBLE ATTITUDE.....
I like rice cakes. I put toppings on them. I like them plain. This place has caramel, chocolate, ranch, and various rice crisps and chips- but no plain, or “lightly salted” options. This is far and away my favorite gluten-free snack, so not having them in stock makes me pick a different grocery. To make this even more frustrating, the rice cakes are way on one side of the store, with the bread, while the dedicated gluten-free area is on the complete opposite side of the store. Okay, it’s getting worse. I need mouthwash. The whole health and hygiene section is closed “for your safety”. This is confusing and annoying. My breath is bad.

The cashiers are welcoming. If you can't find something they are willing to help find it for you. The location is perfect. I'd actually like to see one in the city of Dunkirk for those that can't drive or are elderly our handicap. The prices are very comparable to that of Walmart on most of their items. They have updated their store!! It is beautiful, welcoming... Tops new carts have bag and cup holders and their electric scooters are
Prices are very high but as long as you have a bonus card it's totally worth the price. Great fruit quality and many food options!
Glad to see them up keeping the store but the grey paint is making it too dark in here. Like people want to be able to see what they’re shopping for. Feels more like a dark hospital than a store
Friendly service. Seemed pretty clean. Good selection with well laid out aisles. This chain is no longer in my state, but I wish it was based on my experience today
Store is clean and well laid out to easily shop in. Much better than Walmart for ease of shopping and food quality is better.
Tops Friendly Markets is always friendly and always will be because they know how to support customers and just as much for our own
