The Friends of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park mission is to promote community involvement and enhance the park visitor experience at Topsail Hill Preserve State Park and support the park's daily operations as well as its education and conservation efforts. A few of the ways the Friends of Topsail Hill Preserve State Park provides support to the park are: Trail Development, cooking the meal for Breakfast with a Ranger, Earth Day festival and Special Events.
