Manager Stuart is so helpful! He helped me surprise my husband with a new Espresso maker. It was the last one in stock and he held it for me for two days, then distracted my husband in the store while I paid for it. Everyone in the store is extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they have wonderful products and sale items.

Quite possibly the best Customer Service experience I have ever had!! Had an issue with a one of my La Chamba cookware pieces, Ok, I dropped and broke the lid into a zillion pieces. I contacted Toque Blanche and they went out of their way to forward me to a contact at the factory where they item was replaced! No charge, just paid a nominal shipping fee from Santa Cruz to Socal. Reps from both divisions were super friendly and knowledgeable, especially "Sean" from La Chamba imports. Will continue adding to my La Chamba cookware from Toque Blanche, they definitely take care of your needs and back up their products!!
This is the kitchen and cooking store to walk through and make dreams. This is the store that has what you didn't know you HAD to have in your kitchen. Take inventory of what you have, what space you have left, what you wish to trade up, and go.
Didn’t appreciate being watched like I was going to steal Yes Santa Cruz has a lot of tweaks but I don’t appreciate being watched and asked a 1,999 times if I need help. Hire someone to be security surely with your high priced products you can afford to get surveillance equipment or under cover rent a cops Totally felt uncomfortable and disrespected. Will be a Long time before I go into your store again. I try to shop local but will definitely reconsider patronizing this place Will seek out other places where one isn’t disrespected
I have nothing but love for this company! Truly a great experience. I live very far from their store, so I only learned about them online, after looking for non toxic cookware, and I stumbled upon their line of Chamba clay pots and utensils. The customer service that I recieved from Mr. Charles Nelson, the store owner a fact that he never personally even mentioned to me, after inquiry after inquiry from me about this line, from tips, to putting a set together, to working together through distressing issues not caused by the company itself, to information on how to use and care for my order, was phenomenal and is unfortunately rare these days and must be shared. And because of Mr. Nelsons patience and amazing service, I was able fo find the best prices on these pots, and now have the confidence to use them. I cannot express my gratitude enough for such amazing service. I am all smiles with this company. Thank you Touque Blanche and Mr. Nelson. Not only do they offer amazing, hard to find products, but the service is 10 stars out of 5! I would not hesitate to reach out to them again, or purchase from their store.
Just bought three chamba pans. They arrived in perfect condition and are great pans. I needed to communicate with the company during the shipping process and did so by email. They were prompt and helpful in responding and kept me up to date. great company. great product.
